About this trial

This is a monocentric study assessing hamstring and quadriceps neuromuscular fatigue after 3 consecutive soccer trainings. The purpose of this study was:

1. To quantify the difference of isometric force immediately after a simulated soccer training. 2. To characterize peripheral and central fatigue between hamstring and quadriceps muscles. 3. To compare the level neuromuscular fatigue before each session, to assess the cumulative effect of neuromuscular fatigue 4. To highlight correlation between neuromuscular fatigue and performance markers.
