About this trial

The purpose of the study is to determine whether short-term use of an oat fiber supplement reduces exposure to your urine levels of dietary chemicals like bisphenol A (BPA).

This study will also examine whether supplementation with NeutraOat oat fiber influences blood glucose levels using continuous glucose monitoring.

Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

Participants will be healthy

Weight-stable for the previous 6 months

Free of any metabolic or chronic disease

Non-smoking (to include vaping and other nicotine or THC containing products)

Disqualifiers

Any chronic or metabolic disease, including type 1 or type 2 diabetes

Gastrointestinal (GI) diseases/disorders

Neurologic or psychiatric conditions

Nicotine or THC consumption
