About this trial

This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the effectiveness of a 12-week program combining facial muscle exercises and daily habit modification for improving skin quality and reducing wrinkle severity in middle-aged women. Participants will be randomly allocated to an intervention group receiving the structured program or to a control group maintaining their usual routine.
