This study aims to examine the acute effects of a low-volume bilateral pogo jump protocol on CMJ and DJ performance, as well as its feasibility and immediate tolerance in adolescent male basketball players.
Regular structured basketball training.
Ability to understand instructions.
Safe execution of the jump tests after familiarization.
Written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian, and assent from the minor.
Acute injury limiting participation.
Lower-limb pain aggravated by jumping.
Recent surgery or a relevant health condition.
Inability to perform the test technique safely.
