≥18，Advanced Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Confirmed by Histopathology

Potentially Resectable NSCLC

Treatment Plan is Crizotinb or Standard Chemotherapy

Disqualifiers

Patients with contraindication of chemotherapy

Pregnant or breast feeding women
