Role of bumetanide in Autism

Eligibility criteria

This trial does not accept healthy volunteers

Qualifiers

All patients with ASD diagnosed by CARS rating Scale⩾30.

Age of patients range between (3-12) years.

Disqualifiers

Patients with ASD associated with neurological antecedents (including epilepsies and febrile seizures), hepatic, renal dysfunction or electrocardiogram abnormalities and syndromatic children(Rett).

are divided into 2 treatment groups

Group A: bumetanide groupExperimental treatment 1 intervention

Number of patients with improved CARS score
