REtrieval of Transurethrally Resected Intact En-bloc Vesical Tumors Using a Retrieval Device for Bladder Tumors

Bladder cancer is the most common malignancy of the urinary tract, and approximately 75% of cases are non-muscle invasive (NMIBC) at diagnosis. The standard treatment is transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TURBT). En bloc resection (EBR-T), in which the tumor is removed in one intact piece rather than fragmented, offers superior pathological specimen quality and may reduce the need for repeat resections. However, extracting the intact specimen from the bladder through the urethra remains a critical technical challenge, particularly for larger tumors. CURTIS (Urotech GmbH) is a CE-marked retrieval device consisting of a hydrophilic-coated bag that can be opened and closed via a handpiece, enabling controlled capture and safe transurethral extraction of the resected tumor specimen. This study aims to evaluate the technical feasibility of CURTIS-assisted intact specimen retrieval following en bloc transurethral resection of primary NMIBC. The central question the study seeks to answer is: in what proportion of cases can CURTIS successfully retrieve an intact en bloc resected bladder tumor, and what is the maximum tumor size for which intact retrieval remains feasible?

Increasing Physical Activity Among Medical Inpatients by Digital Nudging of Patients and Staff

Sedentary behaviour among medical inpatients is strongly associated with hospital-associated functional decline and poses a severe threat to patients' functional capacity and independency. High human and socioeconomic costs underline the urgency to find solutions to this world-wide problem. Objective: This multicentre study, including a total of 400 patients from Copenhagen, Aalborg, Tórshavn, and Nuuk, will assess the effect of a digital intervention that aims to reduce sedentary behaviour and increase physical activity in medical inpatients. Intervention: Digital feedback and nudging regarding the patients' physical activity levels to patients and healthcare staff Design: Stepped-wedge cluster randomised multicentre trial Primary outcome: Daily average time of patients' physical activity (minutes).

Phenotypic and Genotypic Characterization of Patients With Dysmetabolism in Greenland

The goal of this clinical trial is to perform a detailed description of the feno- and genotype of people living with type 2 diabetes and severe obesity who are linked to care at Steno Diabetes Center Greenland. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Are monogenetic diabetes variants associated with the same risk of developing late diabetic complications as other types of diabetes? * Can genotyping and thereby personalized medicine be implemented in Greenland, and can personalized medicine lead to improved treatment? * What is the prevalence of sleep apnea among high-risk individuals in Greenland? * Is it possible to develop and implement a simple algorithm for the identification of sleep apnea in Greenland that can ensure treatment of severe sleep apnea? Participants will: * Answer WHO-5 and FOSQ-10 questionnaires regarding quality of life and functional outcomes of sleepiness * Perform VAGUS examinations for Cardiovasculare Autonomic Neuropathy * Clinical examination of height, weight, circumference of hip, waist and neck, Friedman tonsil and tongue score, nasal air flow, nasal septal deviation * Blood samples for full genome sequencing
