Genetic Analysis of Uncommon Disease Presentations in Non-US Populations

Background: Genetics research over the past 20 years has helped researchers find the causes of many diseases. More powerful tools for genetic testing now exist. Researchers want to use these new tools to learn more about genetic diseases. They want to look for possible genetic causes of unusual diseases. They will focus on people who live outside of the United States and whose access to genetic testing has been limited. Objective: To look for potential genetic sources of diseases among children and their families. Eligibility: Children aged 2 to 18 years and their related family members who have or may have a genetic disease. They will reside primarily outside of the US. Design: Participants will be recruited at sites outside of the US. Participants will be screened. Their existing medical records will be reviewed. They will have a physical exam. They will answer questions about their family history and symptoms. Participants will provide samples for genetic testing. They may have blood drawn. They may spit saliva into a small container. They may have a cotton swab rubbed on the inside of the mouth. The samples will be shipped to the NIH for genetic testing. Participants will be notified if testing reveals a known disease. Participants may be asked to provide new samples to confirm the diagnosis. Local study teams will contact the participants about the results. Participants will also be notified if analysis yields gene variants that may cause disease.

A Study to Investigate Efficacy and Safety of SAR441566 in Patients With Crohn's Disease.

This is a phase 2, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose ranging study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAR441566 in adults with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease (CD). The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of different doses of SAR441566 compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe CD. This study will have an anticipated duration of up to 59 weeks which will include a screening period of 4 weeks (+7 calendar days if needed), followed by the Main Study (MS) treatment period, lasting 52 weeks, and a 2-week follow-up period after end of treatment for participants not enrolling in the Long Term Safety (LTS) study. The MS period includes a Double-Blind (DB) treatment period with 12 weeks of induction followed by 40 weeks of maintenance. Additionally, an Open Label (OL) period of up to 40 weeks will be offered to eligible participants. The combined duration of the DB maintenance and OL periods cannot exceed 40 weeks, depending on when participants switch.

Tolerance and Efficacy Open-label Study With RV4421B, in Various Populations With Atopic Dermatitis for 12 Weeks

Pierre Fabre Laboratories have developed a cream with medical device status, RV4421B-EV0407 indicated for the treatment of eczemas, including atopic eczema, contact eczema and chronic hand eczema. This product is already marketed in several countries. The objective of this clinical study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the study product when used alone or in association with topical corticosteroid therapy, in an ethnically diverse adult and pediatric population (including dark skin) and over a long period of time with a 12-week follow-up. 5 visits are planned: * Visit 1: Inclusion visit (Day 1) * Visit 2: Intermediate visit (Phone visit - Between Day 8 and Day 15) * Visit 3: Intermediate visit (Day 29 ± 3 days) * Visit 4: Intermediate visit (Day 57 ± 3 days) * Visit 5: End of study visit (Day 85 ± 3 days)

Comparative Study for the Evaluation of a New Medical Device Shampoo on the Treatment of Head Lice Infestation

Pediculosis capitis or head lice infestation is a human medical condition caused by the infestation of the hair by the parasitic insect Pediculus humanus capitis (human head lice). The most common symptom of infestation is pruritus (itching) on the head which normally intensifies 3 to 4 weeks after the initial infestation. The test item has been developed with the ambition to offer a complete head lice treatment, whilst also offering ultimate convenience in use - making treatment of head lice infestation easy, and effective in few minutes. The objectives of this clinical study are to assess the efficacy and the safety of a new Medical Device shampoo for lice infestation treatment compared to a comparator device, already in market.

Clinical Study of a Vaginal Gel for the Treatment and Prevention of Vaginal Infections

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the safety and efficacy of Multi-Gyn Femitotal to treat and prevent women suffering from bacterial vaginosis and vulvo vaginal candidiasis. 40 subjects with itching symptoms of VVC and 49 subjects with BV as confirmed using Amsel criteria will be included and will use the device for 7 days (treatment phase). If the VVC symptoms and BV are considered as cured 21 days after the beginning of treatment, the subjects will be followed-up until Month 4 after treatment initiation to check the re-occurrence of VVC and BV (prevention phase).The primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of Multi-Gyn FemiTotal for the treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) and relief of VulvoVaginal Candidiasis (VVC) itching, 21 days after treatment initiation.

COMPARISON OF A COSMETIC SERUM AND 4% HYDROQUINONE FOR TREATING MELASMA OVER 84 DAYS

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the dermatological tolerance and skin-lightening efficacy of a cosmetic depigmenting serum to a 4% hydroquinone-based product in adult male and female subjects aged 18-65 years with mild to moderate epidermal or mixed-type melasma. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the cosmetic serum reduce the severity of melasma (measured by mMASI) after 84 days of use? Is the cosmetic serum better tolerated than 4% hydroquinone under real-use conditions? Researchers will compare the serum group and the hydroquinone group to determine whether the cosmetic product achieves comparable pigmentation improvement with superior skin tolerability. Participants will: Group 1: Apply a morning routine (Depiwhite Serum + Depiwhite M SPF50+ cream) Apply an evening routine (Depiwhite Serum + Placebo Cream without Hydroquinone) Group 2: Apply a morning routine (Serum Placebo + Depiwhite M SPF50+ cream) Apply an evening routine (Serum Placebo + Depigmenting Cream with hydroquinone 4%) Visit the clinical site at baseline (Day 0), Day 56, and Day 84 for assessments Complete standardized photographs, self-assessment questionnaires, and quality-of-life surveys (MELASQoL and ASLQI) Undergo clinical evaluations by a dermatologist, including mMASI scoring and tolerance assessment
