This study is being done to look at the efficacy and safety of NNC0487-0111 in participants with excess body weight and obstructive sleep apnoea not treated with positive airway pressure lose weight and improve sleep apnoea. Multi-center, open-label, single arm study of asciminib in participants aged ≥1 year to ≤30 years old with r/r Ph+ or ABL-class Ph-like ALL. This study will have 2 parts: Part 1 dose escalation and Part 2 dose expansion. Part 1 dose escalation will enroll participants aged ≥1 year to ≤30 years to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of asciminib when administered with low intensity chemotherapy. Part 2 dose expansion will enroll participants aged ≥1 year to ≤30 years to evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy of asciminib at the RP2D with the treatment regimen.

This study is researching an experimental drug called ALN-SOD (called "study drug"). This study is focused on people with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) caused by a change in a gene called the Superoxide Dismutase-1 (SOD1) gene. This type of ALS is known as "SOD1-ALS". This is the first time that ALN-SOD will be given to people. The aim of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is. A Trial to Learn if Odronextamab is Safe and Well-Tolerated and How Well it Works Compared to Rituximab Combined With Different Types of Chemotherapy for Adult Participants With Previously Untreated Follicular Lymphoma

This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL). This study will be made up of two parts: Part 1 (non-randomized) and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when given alone. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how the study drug works compared to rituximab (called the "comparator drug") and chemotherapy (the current standard of care for NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * How the study drug affects quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities.

Study of Advanced Therapies for the Treatment of Adult Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis

Crohn's disease (CD) and Ulcerative colitis (UC) are 2 types of inflammatory bowel diseases which cause long-lasting, severe inflammation (redness, swelling) in the digestive tract. CD can affect any part of the digestive tract causing many different symptoms including belly pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. UC affects the lining of the rectum and colon (large intestine) and can cause bleeding, belly pain, and diarrhea. This platform basket study will evaluate how safe and effective advanced therapies are in adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease (CD) or Ulcerative Colitis (UC). This study currently includes 2 substudies evaluating different treatments in participants with CD or UC. Substudy 1 will evaluate the combination of risankizumab and trosunilimab (ABBV-466) and Substudy 2 will evaluate the combination of risankizumab and ABBV-701 (ABBV-7066). When adult participants with moderately to severely active CD or UC join the study, they will undergo a 2-step randomization within CD and UC substudies, respectively. The first unblinded randomization will assign participants into a substudy, and the second blinded randomization will assign participants to a treatment arm within the assigned substudy. Approximately 100 adult participants will be enrolled per treatment arm across both substudies at approximately 400 sites worldwide. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care treatment without participating in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, stool tests, endoscopies, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires and a daily diary.

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat ovarian cancer (OC). Current treatment for OC may start with surgery to remove as much of the cancer as possible. After surgery, people may receive chemotherapy. After chemotherapy, standard care options may include: * Maintenance treatment, which is used after another therapy to keep the cancer from growing, spreading, or coming back. Bevacizumab is a targeted therapy used as standard maintenance treatment. Targeted therapy works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread. * Observation, which is watching to see if cancer grows or worsens The study medicine, sacituzumab tirumotecan (also called sac-TMT), is a targeted therapy. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat metastatic cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is cancer in the cervix, the lower part of the uterus (womb). Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Researchers want to learn about giving the study medicine sacituzumab tirumotecan (also called sac-TMT or MK-2870) along with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab treatments. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate, which is a type of medicine that attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. A Study to Evaluate the Optimal Dose, Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity of Intravenous ABBV-706 in Combination With Atezolizumab Versus Standard of Care as First-Line Treatment in Adult Participants With Previously Untreated Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is characterized by aggressive and rapid growth and a tendency to develop early spread to distant sites including mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, bones, adrenal glands, and brain. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, dose, change in disease activity of ABBV-706 given with atezolizumab, compared to standard of care (SOC) treatment (etoposide, carboplatin, atezolizumab, and optional lurbinectedin). ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SCLC. There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 given with atezolizumab, at 1 of 2 doses, or SOC. Approximately 180 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In the safety lead-in, participants with SCLC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-706 in 1 of 2 doses with IV atezolizumab, or IV SOC. In the expansion portion of the study, participants with SCLC will receive IV ABBV-706 in 1 of 2 doses with atezolizumab, or IV SOC, until the optimal dose of ABBV-706 is determined. The estimated duration of the study is up to 69.5 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires, and scans.

A Study to Learn More About How Risankizumab Works in Young Participants With Ulcerative Colitis

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation and bleeding from the lining of the rectum and colon (large intestine). This study will assess how Risankizumab moves through the body as well as how safe and effective it is in treating pediatric participants with moderate to severely active UC. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Risankizumab is an approved medication for moderate to severe UC in multiple countries and is being developed for the treatment of UC in pediatrics. This study is comprised of 3 cohorts that may participate in 3 substudies (SS). Cohort 1 will enroll participants with ages from 6 to less than 18 years. Cohort 2 will enroll participants with ages from 2 to less than 6 years. Cohort 3 will enroll participants with ages from 2 to less than 18 years. SS1 is an open-label induction period where participants will receive a weight-based induction regimen of risankizumab. SS2 is a double-blind maintenance period where participants will be randomized to receive 1 of 2 doses of weight-based maintenance regimen of risankizumab. SS3 is an open-label extension period where participants will receive risankizumab based off of their response in SS2. Around 120 pediatric participants with UC will be enrolled at around 80 sites worldwide. Participants in SS1 will receive risankizumab intravenously during the 12-week induction period. Participants in SS2 will receive risankizumab subcutaneously during the 52-week randomized maintenance period. Participants in SS3 will receive risankizumab subcutaneously during the 208-week open label period. Participants will be followed-up for approximately 140 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat types of breast cancer that are both: * High-risk, which means the cancer may have a higher chance of getting worse or coming back after treatment * Early-stage, which means the cancer is in the breast or the lymph nodes around the breast The 2 types of breast cancer in this study are triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and hormone receptor (HR)-low positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) negative breast cancer. These cancers have zero or a low amount of a protein called HER2 and other proteins that attach to the hormones estrogen or progesterone. Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT or MK-2870), the study medicine, is a type of targeted therapy. A targeted therapy is a treatment that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread. The main goals of this study are to learn if people who receive sac-TMT, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy: * Have fewer cancer cells found in the tumors and lymph nodes removed during surgery compared to those who receive only pembrolizumab and chemotherapy * Live longer without the cancer growing, spreading, or coming back compared to people who receive only pembrolizumab with chemotherapy

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) endometrial cancer (EC) that is advanced or recurrent. * EC is a type of cancer that starts in the tissues inside the uterus (womb) * pMMR indicates that certain normal proteins are present in the cancer cells * Advanced means the cancer has spread locally or to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery * Recurrent means the cancer came back after surgery Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT) and pembrolizumab are the study medicines. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive sac-TMT with pembrolizumab live longer and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who receive pembrolizumab alone.

Study to Evaluate Adverse Events and Efficacy of Intravenous (IV) Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in Combination With a PD-1 Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor in Adult Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Squamous NSCLC With No Prior Treatment for Advanced Disease, and No Actionable Genomic Alterations

Non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) immune checkpoint inhibitor to adult participants to treat NSCLC. Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 3 treatment groups. Two groups will receive pembrolizumab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 252 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with IV pembrolizumab, or IV SOC - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The study will run for a duration of approximately 33 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

A Study to Learn More About How Well Sevabertinib Works and How Safe it is Compared With Standard Treatment, in Participants Who Have Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Mutations of the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)

Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC means lung cancer that has spread nearby or to other parts of the body or is unlikely to be controlled with current treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. Sometimes, cancer cells have a damaged HER2 gene. This is called a mutation. This mutation can lead to an abnormal HER2 protein which may cause cancer cells to grow and divide too quickly. The study treatment, sevabertinib, is designed to block the mutated HER2 protein and may help slow or stop the cancer from growing. The main purpose of this study is to find out how well sevabertinib works and how safe it is, compared with standard treatment in participants with advanced NSCLC with a HER2 mutation. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * Sevabertinib as a tablet taken by mouth twice a day * Standard approved treatment for this condition given by infusion into a vein every 21 days Participants will continue their assigned treatment for as long as they benefit from it and do not experience severe side effects, or until they or their doctor decide to stop treatment. When a participant assigned to the standard treatment has their cancer gets worse, they may have the opportunity to switch to receive sevabertinib. This switch is called a crossover. Participants who switch to sevabertinib will continue this treatment until their disease gets worse again, they have side effects that are too severe, or they or their doctor decide to stop treatment. During the study, the research team will: * do scans such as CT, PET, MRI, or X-rays to check the cancer * Check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests and checking heart health using an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram. * do pregnancy tests when needed * ask how the participants are feeling and whether they have had any adverse events or other health problems An adverse event is any medical problem that a participant has during a study. Doctors keep track of all adverse events, irrespective if they think it is related or not to the study treatment.
