Study to Evaluate Xtressé Gummy Supplement in Men With Androgenic Alopecia

The goal of this study is to determine if Xtresse' gummy is safe and may help regrow hair in men with androgenic alopecia (common pattern hair loss). Forty-eight participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Xtresse' active gummy or placebo. Neither staff not participant will know which treatment is given. The main aims of this trial are: 1. To confirm using photographic analysis, changes in the quality, volume, and thickness of hair. 2. To gauge patient satisfaction with hair changes and application process. 3. Monitor and report any adverse events associated with the daily intake of Xtressé Participants who qualify will complete 3 in-person visits. Participants will be given a 90-day supply of the gummies at visits 1 (after voluntary consent is given) and 2 to cover the 6-month study period. Photographs and scalp analysis will be performed at each visit to measure changes in hair volume, thickness, and growth.

JAK2 Expression in Androgenetic Alopecia Before and After Topical Minoxidil

Androgenetic alopecia is a common form of progressive hair loss. This prospective single-arm pre-post interventional study aims to assess tissue Janus Kinase 2 (JAK2) expression in patients with androgenetic alopecia by comparing balding and non-balding scalp at baseline, and to evaluate changes in JAK2 expression in balding scalp after 3 months of topical minoxidil 5% therapy. Clinical response will be assessed using standardized trichoscopic parameters.

Topical 2-Deoxy-D-ribose Hydrogel Versus Minoxidil 5% Solution for Androgenetic Alopecia

Androgenetic alopecia is a common form of hair loss that can affect quality of life. This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical 2-Deoxy-D-ribose (2dDR) hydrogel compared with topical minoxidil 5% solution in the treatment of mild to moderate androgenetic alopecia in adults aged 18 to 50 years. Sixty participants will be randomized into 2 treatment groups. The 2dDR group will apply 1 gram of topical 2dDR hydrogel once daily to the affected scalp areas for 6 months. The minoxidil group will apply topical minoxidil 5% solution to the affected scalp areas for 6 months according to sex-specific dosing in the protocol. Participants will undergo clinical assessment, trichoscopic evaluation, and standardized scalp photography at baseline, Week 12, and Week 24. The study will also assess tissue vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels using scalp biopsy specimens obtained at baseline and after 3 months of treatment in both groups. Safety will be evaluated through adverse event monitoring and clinical scalp examination during follow-up visits.

Androgenic Alopecia TH07 Clinical Trial

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether a new topical solution, TH07, can help treat androgenic alopecia in men and to learn more about its safety. Participants will be asked to apply either the TH07 solution, a standard hair growth treatment (Minoxidil 5%), or a placebo every day for 24 weeks. At the end of the study, hair growth will be compared in each group to determine which treatment is most effective at increasing hair count.

Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes in the Treatment of Androgenic Alopecia

Androgenic Alopecia(AGA) is a highly prevalent condition for which existing pharmacological and surgical interventions present limitations and side effects, creating a clinical need for safer and more effective therapies. In response, human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (hUCMSC-Exos) have emerged as a cell-free therapeutic strategy. Characterized by their rich bioactive components, absence of tumorigenic risk, and high safety profile, hUCMSC-Exos represent a promising approach for hair regeneration. This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of hUCMSC-Exos combined with automated microneedle delivery for treating AGA. By utilizing innovative lyophilization technology to maintain exosomal bioactivity and employing precision microneedle systems for enhanced delivery, this research seeks to provide a new generation solution for androgenic alopecia treatment.

A Study on the Treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia in Young Men With Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell Exosomes

This clinical trial aims to determine the efficacy of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell exosomes (hUCMSC-sEV) in treating androgenic alopecia in young men. It will also investigate the safety of hUCMSC-sEV. The primary inquiry it seeks to address is: * Do hUCMSC-sEV demonstrate efficacy in the treatment of androgenic alopecia in young men? * Do hUCMSC-sEV safely used to treat androgenic alopecia in young men? The clinical trial has two parts. The Phase I study is a dose-escalation trial. Researchers will determine the appropriate dosage of hUCMSC-sEV. The Phase II study is a randomized controlled trial. Researchers will evaluate hUCMSC-sEV against a placebo (minoxidil tincture) to determine the efficacy of hUCMSC-sEV in treating androgenic alopecia in young men. In the phase I study, participants will be categorized into three dosage groups: A, B, and C. In Group A, one injection site will be allocated for each 1 cm² of hair loss area, delivering a dosage of 1.0×10\^8 particles per site. In Group B, the dosage will be 1.0×10\^9 particles per site. In Group C, the dosage will be 1.0×10\^10 particles per site. Participants will attend the clinic at weeks 0, 2, 4, and 6 for treatment and assessments. Participants will also attend the clinic for follow-up examinations at weeks 8, 12, and 24. In the phase II study, participants will be randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to two groups: the hUCMSC-sEV treatment group and the minoxidil treatment group. hUCMSC-sEV treatment group: the appropriate dose of hUCMSC-sEV for the phase II study was determined based on assessments of safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy from the phase I study. Participants will receive one injection site for each 1 cm² of hair loss area. Participants will attend the clinic for therapy and assessments at weeks 0, 2, 4, and 6. Minoxidil treatment group: participants will get 1 mL of minoxidil administered daily to the area of hair loss for 12 consecutive weeks. All patients will attend the clinic for follow-up examinations at weeks 8, 12, and 24.
