The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether a novel decision support tool called PRIME (Preference Reporting to Improve Management and Experience), which combines values-elicitation with tailored feedback to patients and providers, improves patient-reported values-concordance of initial treatment decisions compared to usual care.

The goal of this study is to enroll at least 10,000 participants nationally including affecteds and unaffecteds via online study portal, collect surveys online and a saliva sample through the mail, sequence DNA, and conduct genetic analyses to identify novel variants and further study known variants associated with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood cancers.

The purpose of this research study is to test the safety and efficacy of a new drug combination with three agents, azacitidine, venetoclax and tagraxofusp. Leftover (residual) leukemia disease that is not visible by eye can be increase the chance of disease recurrence. This research study is to determine if the combination therapy can safely help to control residual Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and to prevent disease recurrence. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: * Tagraxofusp (a type of CD123-directed cytotoxin) * Azacitidine (a type of standard of care cytidine nucleoside analog) * Venetoclax (a type of standard of care BCL-2 inhibitor)

The primary purpose of the Research Database is to have a comprehensive source of observational data that can be used to study HSC transplantation and cellular therapies. A secondary purpose of the Research Database is to have a comprehensive source of data to study marrow toxic injuries. Objectives: To learn more about what makes stem cell transplants and cellular therapies work well such as: * Determine how well recipients recover from their transplants or cellular therapy; * Determine how recovery after a transplant or cellular therapy can be improved; * Determine how a donor's or recipient's genetics impact recipient recovery after a transplant or cellular therapy; * Determine how access to transplant or cellular therapy for different groups of patients can be improved; * Determine how well donors recover from the collection procedures.

Background. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a telehealth-mediated lifestyle intervention program tailored for veterans with blood cancer, focusing on improving health-related quality of life, mental health, and pain outcomes. The hypothesis posits that the telehealth-delivered program will lead to significant improvements in these areas, specifically targeting veterans undergoing treatment or in post-treatment phases. Objective. Recognizing the unique experiences of veterans, especially those in rural or underserved regions, this study seeks to provide insights into the feasibility and impact of telehealth-based lifestyle interventions for this distinct population. Methods. The pilot trial will enroll 30 veterans from the H. John Heinz III VA. Participants will complete baseline web-based surveys assessing demographics, occupational performance, and telehealth preparedness. The intervention comprises progressive resistance and aerobic exercises delivered via telehealth by a health coach, starting with a live supervised session followed by regular remote sessions. Each participant will engage in exercise sessions coordinated through the Veteran's Video Connect (VVC) application, with ongoing communication facilitated via email. This setup allows the health coach to adjust exercise intensity based on real-time symptom feedback. To address potential technology literacy biases, the VVCMatch assessment will categorize veterans as "technology prepared" or in need of additional education. Those requiring support will receive guidance on using the VVC app before starting the intervention. Additionally, participants will receive dietary consultations from the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, independent of the research team. Outcome measures include assessments of symptoms, fatigue, function, mental health, and pain, along with evaluations of the intervention's usability through surveys on perceived usefulness and ease of use. These assessments aim to detect meaningful changes and ensure the intervention's effectiveness and acceptability among veterans.
