Carbon Ion Radiotheray

This is the first prospective clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of induction chemoimmunotherapy followed by carbon ion radiotherapy and consolidation immunotherapy in patients with unresectable locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Based on this prospective study, tumor tissue, blood, urine, and stool samples from participants will be collected and analyzed to identify predictive markers of treatment response.

To observe the efficacy and toxicities of heavy ion radiation therapy for locally advanced or advanced primary thymic epithelial malignant tumor received R2 resection. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival and toxicities, and the secondary endpoint was local relapse-free survival, overall survival and cause-specific survival.

The objective is to use the advantages of heavy ion physical dosimetry and biology to improve the tumor control rate and long-term survival rate of high-grade glioma, reduce the occurrence of brain tissue radiation damage caused by increasing prescription dose, and provide new treatment suggestions for glioma radiotherapy.
