Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis

Multimodal thermal therapy (MTT), as an initiative integration of cryotherapy and radiofrequency heating, has been applied to treat various solid tumors. The feasibility and safety for MTT in the treatment of malignant liver tumors is well-established. This prospective, multi-center, randomized controlled clinical study aimed to explore the ablation-induced immune activating response of MTT in the treatment of malignant liver tumors.

This is a prospective, multicenter, observational study designed to validate the predictive accuracy of a pre-developed multimodal deep learning model. The model integrates preoperative contrast-enhanced CT scans, digitized postoperative pathology images, and standard clinical data to estimate the risk of liver metastasis within two years after curative surgery in patients with stage I-III colorectal cancer. The primary objective is to evaluate the model's performance in an independent, prospectively enrolled patient cohort. Participants will receive standard-of-care treatment according to clinical guidelines. The study involves no experimental interventions; it solely involves the collection and analysis of routinely generated clinical data. The goal is to assess the model's potential for clinical translation by providing a reliable tool for stratifying patients' risk of liver metastasis, which could inform personalized surveillance strategies.

To explore Progression-Free-Survival(FPS) of PULSAR(personalized ultrafractionated stereotactic adaptive radiotherapy) combined with PD-1 Ab and Chemotherapy plus Bevacizumabfor CRLM

The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of multi-mode ablation combined with systemic therapy including PD-1(programmed death receptor 1) inhibitor for colorectal cancer liver metastasis and furthermore to clarify its application value by comparing preoperative and postoperative immune indicators.
