Effect of Immune X on Common Cold Incidence in Healthy Adults

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Immune X can help prevent common cold events in healthy adults who have a history of upper respiratory tract infections. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does Immune X reduce the proportion of participants who experience at least one clinically confirmed common cold event during the study period? * Does Immune X affect the number, duration, and severity of common cold events? Researchers will compare Immune X to a placebo (a look-alike capsule containing inactive ingredients) to see if Immune X helps prevent common cold events. Participants will: * Take Immune X or placebo daily for 16 weeks during the winter season. * Attend study visits at the beginning and end of the study and complete questionnaires and symptom assessments throughout the study. * Record cold symptoms, medications, and other study information using a smartphone application. * Provide blood and stool samples during the study.

Post-market Clinical Follow-up Study of an Isotonic Saline Solution for the Relief of Nasal Congestion in Infants and Toddlers

The goal of this observational post-market clinical follow-up study is to evaluate the safety and performance of the CE-marked nasal spray for the relief of nasal congestion in infants and toddlers aged 6 to 48 months at day 5 post-enrollment. Enrollment does not require establishing a medical diagnosis; eligibility is based on guardian-reported nasal congestion consistent with lay use of the device. Participants will be: * Evaluated by a healthcare professional for eligibility. * Receive treatment with the CE-marked nasal spray according to its Instructions for Use, for up to 14 days. * Have their legal guardians report symptom severity and improvement using standardized scales (Visual Analog Scale) during follow-up visits on Day 2, Day 5, and Day 14 and device usability on Day 14. This study does not include a comparison group and reflects real-world use of the device in routine pediatric care.

Enhanced Telemedicine in Primary Care for Acute Respiratory Tract Infections Study

Young children often receive antibiotics for pediatric acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs) - common childhood diagnoses like ear infections, strep throat, sinusitis, and colds - but many of these antibiotics are prescribed unnecessarily for viral infections, where antibiotics will not help. Helping families and pediatricians to evaluate children with ARTIs through primary care telemedicine visits using at-home tele-otoscopes vs. at-home eBooks could help reduce unnecessary antibiotic exposure in children. In this clinical trial, we will assess the impact of at-home tele-otoscope vs. eBook enabled primary care telemedicine on antibiotic use, healthcare utilization, and healthcare costs for young children.
