Clinical Evaluation of Different Bulk-Fill Restorative Materials in Primary Molars

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the clinical performance of chemically-cured and light-cured bulk-fill composite materials used for Class II restorations in children aged 4 to 9 years with primary second molars. The main questions it aims to answer are: What are the clinical success rates of the restorations at 12 months based on modified FDI criteria? How do the two materials compare regarding application times, clinician ease of use, and patient satisfaction? Researchers will compare the chemically-cured bulk-fill composite (Stela Capsule) to the light-cured bulk-fill composite (Filtek One) using a split-mouth design to see which material provides better long-term clinical performance and survival rates. Participants will: Receive two different bulk-fill composite restorations in matched primary second molars within the same dental arch Visit the clinic for routine checkups and evaluations at 1 week, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months

PMCF Study on The Performance and Safety of ON DENT® PMMA Discs/Blocks and Resin Products for Temporary Restorations

This prospective, single-center, interventional post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) study aims to evaluate the clinical performance and safety of temporary crown and bridge restorations fabricated using CE-marked ON DENT™ restorative materials throughout their functional intraoral clinical duration. A total of 120 adult patients requiring fixed prosthodontic treatments will be randomly assigned to four independent parallel groups (30 patients per group) based on the specific type of temporary material utilized: Tempo-CAD Monocolor PMMA, Tempo-CAD Monocolor SHT PMMA, Tempo-CAD Multicolor SHT PMMA, or Print On Cyclone Perma liquid resin. Patients will be monitored closely across 5 clinical visits up to a maximum duration of 6 months to assess prosthodontic survival, success rates, biological adaptations, and patient-reported quality of life outcomes.

Evaluation of the Clinical Performance of Different Composite Materials in Class III and IV Restorations.

In this study, a universal adhesive was used with different adhesive techniques (self-etch and total-etch modes) and evaluated for 18 months in three different types of composite material class III and class IV restorations according to the FDI criteria. The hypotheses tested in this study are: (1) clinical success will not differ between different composite materials and (2) clinical outcomes will not differ between different application modes of the universal adhesive.

Evaluation of the Effect of Flowable Composites on Postoperative Sensitivity in Class I Restorations.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of flowable conventional and bulk-fill composites on postoperative sensitivity in class I cavities over long-term follow-up. The hypothesis to be tested in this study is that the type of composite material will not affect clinical success.
