Diabetic Gastroparesis

This is a randomized controlled trial to explore the efficacy and safety of washed microbiota transplantation (WMT) for diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) patients.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the potential benefits of an online yoga module for patients with gastroparesis. Specifically, the study aims to: 1. Evaluate the Impact of Yoga Practices: Examine whether practicing yoga, including pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness meditation, and guided relaxation, can help reduce symptoms of gastroparesis, such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and abdominal pain. 2. Assess Psychological Factors: Determine if the yoga intervention can improve associated psychological factors, including mental well-being, sleep quality, and overall quality of life for individuals with gastroparesis. 3. Provide Evidence-Based Insights: Contribute to the evidence base on the effectiveness of non-pharmacological treatments like yoga in managing gastroparesis, which may offer an additional, accessible management option for patients.

The overall objective of this study is to determine if there are pyloric sphincter abnormalities in patients with gastroparesis symptoms and determine how prevalent these abnormalities are using tests to assess the pyloric sphincter - endoluminal functional luminal imaging probe (Endoflip™), water load satiety testing (WLST), and high-resolution cutaneous electrogastrography (HR-EGG) using Gastric Alimetry™ System.

This study is a prospective observational study. The study will explore the correlation between advanced glycation end products and gastric motility disorder in diabetic gastroparesis（DGP) through the collection of blood and gastric tissue samples and relevant data of patients with DGP and control group patients without diabetes history and gastroparesis symptoms.

This is a multicenter, open label, 3-month safety study with tradipitant in patients with idiopathic and diabetic gastroparesis.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about effectiveness and safety of washing microbiota transplantation in diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders participant population. The main questions it aims to answer are: * The risk factors of diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders in routine clinical data or biochemical tests. * The composition of gut microbiota in diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders patients and potential pathogenic bacteria. * The efficacy of washing microbiota transplantation in the clinical treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders patients and potential factors that may influence treatment outcomes. * The potential mechanisms of washing microbiota transplantation in treating diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders patients. Participants will be collected fasting venous blood and random stool samples before treatment and at week 12 post-treatment, conducting scale assessments before treatment and at weeks 1, 4, and 12 post-treatment.

Gastroparesis is defined by objective delaying of gastric emptying without any evidence of mechanical obstruction. Diabetic gastroparesis is a potential complication that occurs in the setting of poorly controlled diabetes, resulting from dysfunction in the coordination and function of the autonomic nervous system, neurons, and specialized pacemaker cells (interstitial cells of Cajal, ICC) of the stomach and intestine, and the smooth muscle cells of the gastrointestinal tract
