A Study of Raludotatug Deruxtecan With or Without Bevacizumab as First-Line Maintenance Treatment in Non-HRD-Positive Advanced Ovarian Cancer (MK-5909-006, (ENGOT-ov102/GOG-3141/ REJOICE-Ovarian 04)

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat ovarian cancer (OC). Current treatment for OC may start with surgery to remove as much of the cancer as possible. After surgery, people may receive chemotherapy. After chemotherapy, standard care options may include: Maintenance treatment, which is used after another therapy to keep the cancer from growing, spreading, or coming back. Bevacizumab is a targeted therapy used as standard maintenance treatment. Targeted therapy works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread. Observation, which is watching to see if cancer grows or worsens. The study medicine, raludotatug deruxtecan- R-DXd, is a targeted therapy. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive R-DXd maintenance treatment with or without bevacizumab live longer without the cancer getting worse than people who receive standard care.

A Study to Assess Anti-Tumor Activity of Intravenously (IV) Infused Carboplatin With Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Folate Receptor Alpha (FRα)Expressing Advanced-Stage Serous Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube or Primary Peritoneal Cancer.

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant carboplatin and mirvetuximab soravtansine in participants with folate receptor alpha (FRα) -expressing advanced-stage serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer (EOC). Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational antibody drug conjugate designed to selectively kill cancer cells. The antibody (protein) part of MIRV targets tumors by delivering a cell-killing drug to cancer cells carrying a protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα). This is a single arm study in adult participants with advanced-stage Fédération Internationale de Gynécologie et d'Obstétrique (FIGO) III-IV FRα-expressing serous EOC. Around 140 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 80 sites in the United States. Participants will receive intravenous infusion of MIRV in combination with carboplatin on day 1 of each cycle, every 21 days for up to 6 - 9 Cycles. The total study duration will be approximately 3 years . There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, and scans.

Investigation of Ubamatamab Combination Therapy in Adult Participants With Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer

This study is researching an experimental drug called ubamatamab, also referred to as "study drug". The study is focused on participants who have advanced ovarian cancer. The aim of the study is to see how safe, tolerable, and effective the study drug is on its own and in combination with other anti-cancer drugs (bevacizumab, cemiplimab, fianlimab, REGN10597 and a standard chemotherapy drug, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin \[PLD\]), referred to as "combination drugs'. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug and its experimental combinations * How much study drug and fianlimab is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) and its combinations

A Clinical Trial of Raludotatug Deruxtecan (R-DXd) With or Without Bevacizumab in Participants With Ovarian Cancer Who Have Progressed During Treatment With PARP-inhibitors Treatment on First Line Maintenance (MK-5909-008/ENGOT-ov107/GOG-3142 / REJOICE-Ovarian05)

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat advanced, high-grade ovarian cancer (OC). Advanced means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and may not be removed with surgery. High-grade means the cancer cells grow and spread quickly. This trial includes types of OC that started in cells that cover the ovaries, in the lining of the belly, or in the fallopian tubes. The usual treatment for high-grade OC may include one or both of these: * Chemotherapy, which is a treatment that uses medicine to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing. * Bevacizumab, which is a targeted therapy that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread and targets tumor blood vessels. Researchers want to learn about the trial medicine, raludotatug deruxtecan (also called R-DXd or MK-5909), when given with and without bevacizumab and how participants respond to it. R-DXd is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC is a type of medicine that attaches to a specific target on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goals of this trial are to learn if participants who receive R-DXd, with or without bevacizumab, live longer overall and without their cancer growing or spreading compared to those who receive usual treatment.

Efficacy & Safety of Olvi-Vec and Platinum-doublet + Bevacizumab Compared to Physician's Choice of Chemotherapy and Bevacizumab in Platinum-Resistant/Refractory Ovarian Cancer (PRROC) (OnPrime, GOG-3076)

The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population.

Performance of SYMMCORA® vs. V-Loc® Suture Material in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy

The aim of this study is to show the superiority of the new unidirectional barbed suture (SYMMCORA® mid-term, unidirectional) to conventional suture material in terms of time to perform the vaginal cuff closure during gynecologic surgeries without an increase in the complication rate. Secondly, the superiority of SYMMCORA®, mid-term unidirectional compared to the V-Loc®, unidirectional will be assessed regarding the mean time to close the vaginal cuff. The study will be performed in routine clinical setting, the only difference will be the randomization into two different suture groups. Both suture materials which will be applied to approximate the vaginal cuff are approved and carrying the CE-marks. Additionally, both sutures will be applied in their intended use. Neither additional invasive measures nor additional burden in regard to the patient will be performed.
