Genicular Nerves

This study aims to compare the reduction in knee pain between ultrasound-guided cryoneurolysis and bipolar radiofrequency ablation (RFA), as measured by the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) at predefined follow-up intervals.

To compare the effects of the following types of therapy on knee range of motion when given to patients with chronic knee pain: * A standard steroid injection * Peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) therapy in combination with a standard steroid injection * PNS therapy in combination with a placebo injection Steroid injections are given directly into the knee joints and are considered to be the standard therapy for chronic knee pain. In this study, the injection will be made of the steroid drugs triamcinolone and bupivacaine.

Approximately 20-30% of patients experience persistent pain after a Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA). This study investigates whether percutaneous cryoneurolysis of genicular nerves can reduce pain and improve physical function when performed at least 24 hours before surgery. Participants will be randomized to receive either the cryoneurolysis procedure + TKA or TKA only. Results will be tracked for 6 months to see if the intervention improves long-term recovery and quality of life.
