High Grade Serous Adenocarcinoma of Ovary

This is a phase 1b study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of sovilnesib at different dose levels to establish the optimal dose of sovilnesib in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how atorvastatin in patients with advanced high grade serous cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum changes the tumor immune environment. The main question it aims to answer is: * Does atorvastatin combined with standard of care chemotherapy and surgery changes the number of tumor-promoting macrophages in the tumor microenvironment * Researchers will compare standard of care chemotherapy and surgery to see if there is a difference in tumor promoting macrophages. * Participants will take atorvastatin (daily pill) alongside their standard treatment.

This is a first-in-human phase I/II study to examine the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of VLS-1488 in subjects with advanced cancers.

This is an open-label, multi-center Phase II study of fluzoparib combined with bevacizumab for maintenance therapy after first-line platinum-containing chemotherapy in patients with BRCA wild-type advanced ovarian cancer. The primary objective is to evaluate median progression free survival of fluzoparib plus bevacizumab.
