This cross-sectional study aims to assess the diagnostic accuracy of triphasic bone scintigraphy and SPECT/CT in evaluating foot and ankle osteoarthritis, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as the reference standard, and to determine the affected joints.

Although biologic therapy have revolutionized the treatment of Spondyloarthrtitis (SpA), many patients do not experience complete relief of SpA related complaints. It has been established that patients with SpA have an altered composition of microorganisms (microbiota) in the gut compared to healthy controls, and that this correlates to disease activity and respons to therapy. The goal of this randomized double-blind study is to evaluate the efficacy of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in patients with axial SpA with a suboptimal effect of biologic therapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Can FMT reduce disease activity in axial SpA? * Can FMT alleviate pain and reduce fatigue in axial SpA? * Is the composition of microorganisms restored to normal in patients with SpA after a treatment with FMT? Participants will receive a single treatment in the form of an enema with either donor FMT or placebo at baseline. The primary endpoint will be evaluated after 90 days, but efficacy and safety will be monitored from baseline until 365 days.

This randomized clinical trial (RCT) aims to compare clinical and radiographic outcomes of different partial wrist fusion techniques in participants with post-traumatic wrist arthritis. Participants with stage II or III scapholunate advanced collapse (SLAC) or scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse (SNAC) who meet the eligibility criteria will be randomly assigned to one of two parallel groups: Group A (partial wrist arthrodesis without triquetral excision i.e. four-corner arthrodesis), or Group B (partial wrist arthrodesis with triquetral excision i.e. three-corner or capitolunate arthrodesis with triquetral excision). The results of this study will provide evidence to guide surgeons in determining the ideal wrist fusion technique in the management of patients with post-traumatic wrist arthritis requiring surgery.

This is a multicenter, prospective, observational, post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) study designed to evaluate the safety and clinical performance of the Tipmed™ Primary Hip Prosthesis System in adult subjects undergoing primary hip arthroplasty. The study aims to gather real-world clinical evidence on the 24-month post-operative safety profile, potential complications, and functional outcomes of the device during routine clinical practice.

Many athletes who play overhead sports like cricket develop tightness in the back of the shoulder. This causes pain and makes it hard to lift the arm. This study will compare two common physical therapy treatments: Kaltenborn joint mobilization (a specific manual therapy glide) versus a Pragmatic Posterior Capsular Stretch (a specific stretching technique). We want to see which one works better for pain, range of motion, and daily function. 28 athletes will be treated for 4 weeks, and we will measure their progress using a goniometer and the SPADI questionnaire.

Randomized, controlled, single center observational study to compare the safety and performance of navigation-assisted OrthoPilot Elite and robotic-assisted MAKO total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The aim of the study is the comparison of the clinical outcome between navigated and robotic-assisted TKA. The hypothesis of the study is that both treatments achieve similar results regarding functional and clinical aspects.

Currently the diagnosis of OA is based on radiographs and clinical findings, which is limited to detecting late-stage disease. There is a pressing, unmet clinical need for robust assessment of early changes in cartilage health. Towards this goal, extensive efforts are ongoing to develop quantitative MRI for cartilage matrix analysis. MR T1ρ and T2 relaxation times have shown to be promising imaging biomarkers for early cartilage degeneration and prediction of disease progression. However, many challenges remain to clinically applying these techniques, including lack of standardized acquisition and quantification methods, and long acquisition times. The study aims to develop novel, fast and reproducible MR T1ρ and T2 relaxation time imaging methods on MR systems from multiple vendors and establish a platform for standardization and cross validation of these measures as a tool for clinical trials using such techniques. Following method validation, patients at risk for osteoarthritis will be tested.

The purpose of this PMCF study is to demonstrate the accuracy of navigation using the new pheno4uTKA Level 1 software for OrthoPilot Elite® and to evaluate its safety and performance. Patient-related outcome measures (PROM) will be acquired to investigate functional outcome and patient satisfaction.

1. To develop an AI system that can automatically identify standard sections and save images during wrist and hand joint ultrasound scans, while labeling key anatomical structures. 2. To recruit sonographers untrained in musculoskeletal ultrasound, train them in wrist and hand joint scans, and compare their scanning speed and image quality when using and not using the AI system.

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine how effectively bone structures of the human skeleton can be visualized using Deep Learning (DL) augmented Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in individuals with inflammatory and degenerative joint changes, compared to Computed Tomography (CT). MRI is a technique that operates without the use of X-rays. The main question it aims to answer is: 1. Can DL MRI accurately depict bone structures as well as CT? 2. Can DL MRI be used as an alternative to CT to avoid exposure to X-rays in the future? Researchers will compare DL MRI scans to CT scans to see if DL MRI can effectively replace CT in visualizing bone structures without the use of radiation. Participants will: 1. Undergo MRI scans of their skeletal system that will then be processed using DL. 2. Undergo CT scans of the same body region for comparison purposes.

People with Parkinson's have infrequent clinical consultation (once every 12-18 months) and limited rehabilitation. Assessment play an important role in these consultations to help clinicians understand patients' health status and disease progression necessary to adjust treatment plans. The current way of measuring is the UPDRS which needs a clinician to do this and takes 30 minutes. There is a strong need for more frequent and accurate Parkinson's assessments in the clinic and at home to detect changes early and then give appropriate support and drug and physiotherapy quickly. There is a need to develop good home digital physiotherapy tools to increase the amount of therapy. Here the investigators are testing new digital technologies to do these assessments in the home and clinic and a new digital physiotherapy device in the home. The investigators aim to conduct a clinical study with 50 people with Parkinson's (50 from UK) with the UPDRS, (a rating scale that is commonly used in clinical settings to evaluate the progression of Parkinson's disease) and 30 healthy adults. The investigators will develop and investigate if two new digital devices, one the MachineMD that measures eye movement and one the gaitQ that measures gait can be used instead of the MDS-UPDRS (motor) using digital gait and ophthalmic features in the clinic setting. The investigators will investigate the effect of a physiotherapy gait intervention gaitQ Tempo in the home context for two weeks and of doing the gait measure at home. The investigators will determine the potential of the gaitQ intervention to improve key gait metrics in order to collect clinical evidence and of using the gaitQ as a cuing system over a 2-week period on gait and other movement measures in the home and community

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare two different types of nerve blocks in patients undergoing surgery for primary Total Knee Arthroplasty. The main question aim to answer is: \- is there a benefit in functional muscle power output of the leg? Participants will be randomized into either the intervention group or the control group and: * receive Subsartorial Saphenous Nerve Block (SSNB) + IPACK in intervention group (group 1) * receive Femoral Nerve Block (FNB) + IPACK in control group (group 2) Researchers will compare the 2 groups to see if there are differences in : * functional muscle power output of the leg? * muscle function, mobility, clinical and radiological results, ROM, pain control (NRS), opioid consumption, length of hospital stay, patient satisfaction, mobility, reduction of costs?

This type of study is required by regulatory authorities for all devices that have been approved in Europe to evaluate the medium and long-term clinical evidence.
