Low Grade Ovarian Serous Adenocarcinoma

This is a phase 2, interventional treatment trial evaluating imlunestrant, abemaciclib, and selinexor in two separate patient cohorts: low grade serous ovarian cancer and endometrioid endometrial cancer. The study is non-randomized and open-label. Treatment is administered in the outpatient setting, with a 14-day Cycle 0 followed by 28-day treatment cycles.

This study collects information to maintain a database on patients with low-grade ovarian or peritoneal tumors. Collecting information about the type of cancer and treatment, as well as details about follow-up care, may help researchers learn and better understand these tumor types and help develop better treatments for them.

This Open-Label Extension (OLE) study provides participants with recurrent low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC) who have completed the VS-6766-201(RAMP-201) study continued, uninterrupted access to avutometinib in combination with defactinib. The study is designed to support patients in France with access to avutometinib and defactinib who maintain ongoing clinical benefit while collecting safety and tolerability data during extended treatment. Participation is restricted to patients transferring directly from VS-6766-201(RAMP-201), ensuring continuity of care without enrollment of new patients.
