This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Yangxin Formula (FZYXF) in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency syndrome after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), formulate an integrated Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation protocol, develop special proprietary Chinese medicines for postoperative patients, establish a postoperative rehabilitation database, and promote the standardized application and achievement transformation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy in cardiac surgery.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a Chinese medicine diabetes education programme is feasible and acceptable, and to explore its preliminary effects on self-management, for adults with type 2 diabetes in Hong Kong. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is the Chinese medicine diabetes education programme feasible to deliver in a community setting (recruitment, retention and adherence)? 2. Is the programme acceptable to participants? 3. Does the programme show early signals of improving diabetes management self-efficacy and related outcomes? Researchers will compare the Chinese medicine education programme to usual care to see if the programme is feasible, acceptable and shows preliminary benefits. Participants will: 1. Be randomly assigned to either a 4-week Chinese medicine diabetes education programme (four group sessions, total 4-6 hours) or usual care 2. Complete assessments at baseline, after the programme, and at 2-month follow-up. 3. Attend a focus group interview at the end of the study (selected participants) Outcome assessors will be blinded to group allocation.

Study Title: A Multicenter, Randomized Controlled Trial of Tiaoshen Anti-cancer Protocol Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia in Improving Sleep and Survival in Ovarian Cancer Patients Purpose: This study aims to evaluate whether a combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern psychotherapy can improve sleep and potentially extend survival for patients with ovarian cancer. Many patients experience severe, cancer-related insomnia, which lowers quality of life and may affect treatment outcomes. Intervention \& Design: This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial conducted across multiple hospitals. Approximately 360 eligible patients with advanced ovarian cancer and significant insomnia will be enrolled. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups for the initial 18-week phase: Experimental Group: Receives the Tiaoshen Anti-cancer herbal formula granules plus standard Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Control Group: Receives inactive placebo granules plus the same standard CBT-I. Neither the participants nor their treating doctors will know which granules are assigned during this phase. The primary goal is to compare the improvement in sleep quality between the two groups. Key secondary goals include assessing the therapy's impact on patients' anxiety, depression, overall quality of life, and the length of time before the cancer progresses (progression-free survival). All patients will receive standard-of-care chemotherapy.

This project intends to record the process of tongue extension through a dynamic video, and establish the tongue examination analysis from the video recording. In this study, 300 general public will be invited for examinations, and high-quality tongue examination videos will be recorded by digital cameras. After the tongue examination video is properly calibrated, the computer analyzes the tongue examination parameters of each frame and the dynamic parameters, thereby establishing the automatic tongue video analysis system

Collecting Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical diagnosis and treatment data, including doctor-patient dialogues, tongue diagnosis, facial diagnosis, and TCM constitution information, to construct databases for tongue diagnosis, TCM constitution, and doctor-patient dialogues. Based on artificial intelligence technology, engage in research related to the standardization and intelligentization of TCM.
