In this research study we want to learn about new ways to use MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to take clearer pictures of the lungs. We will be using types of MRI called UTE (Ultra Short Echo Time) and bSSFP (balanced Steady-State Free Precession) as well as traditional MRI. We also want to collect images and health information about lungs that are healthy or those in people with different kinds of lung, muscular, and bone diseases. This collection will help us in the future to better understand lung variations in health and disease.

This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of immersive virtual reality (VR)-based Action Observation Therapy (AOT) as an adjunct to conventional rehabilitation in patients with traumatic wrist and hand injuries. Participants will receive standard rehabilitation treatment, and the intervention group will additionally undergo a six-week VR program involving observation and execution of functional hand and wrist movements. Outcomes related to hand function, grip strength, pain, proprioception, disability, and psychological factors will be assessed to determine the potential benefits of incorporating VR into rehabilitation programs.

The goal of this prospective observational quality improvement study is to determine if a physician tool, MedSafer, combined with educational brochures for patients, can help to reduce the use of 'potentially inappropriate medications' (PIMs) in adults aged 60 and over with rheumatic conditions and polypharmacy (taking 5 or more regular medications). Researchers will follow participants during usual rheumatic disease care. They will compare the rate of PIM deprescribing (stopping medications or reducing the dose) before and after the introduction of the following interventions: * MedSafer reports provided to treating physicians * EMPOWER consumer brochures provided to participants Participants will complete 4 study visits over 18-20 months during which researchers will collect information on medication changes, serious adverse events (emergency visits or hospitalizations), and quality of life.
