Autologous IC-Nine, CD30 CAR, and Constitutive IL7R Expressing EBVST for CD30 Lymphoma (ANCILE-30)

This Phase I study will evaluate the safety of autologous Epstein-Barr virus-specific T lymphocytes modified to express a constitutively active IL7 receptor (C7R) and a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) for CD30 (C7R.CD30-CAR-EBVSTs) in patients with relapsed or refractory CD30-positive lymphomas. Participants who meet procurement eligibility criteria will undergo collection of peripheral blood mononuclear cells for manufacture of the investigational product. Participants with a successfully manufactured product who continue to meet treatment eligibility criteria will receive lymphodepleting chemotherapy followed by infusion of autologous C7R.CD30-CAR-EBVSTs. The primary objective is to evaluate safety. Secondary and exploratory objectives include evaluation of antitumor effect, expansion and persistence of the infused cells, and the association between immunological parameters, safety, and clinical response.

New Genotype-guided Treatment in Newly Diagnosed PTCL

This is a phase I/II study evaluate the safety and efficacy targeted agents in combination with standard CHOP in new genotypic subtypes in treatment naive peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Phase I is to confirm RP2D of targeted agent. Phase II is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, open-label, controlled design to evaluate the efficacy and safety of new genotype-guided targeted agents plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (CHOP-X2) versus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (CHOP) in patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma.

Safety and Efficacy of Anti-EBV Autologous TCR-T Cell Injection in Relapsed/Refractory EBV-Positive Lymphoma

This study will test whether anti-EBV autologous TCR-T cell injection is safe and effective for patients with relapsed or refractory EBV-positive lymphoma who have HLA-A11:01. Researchers will look at safety, tolerability, and the maximum tolerated dose or recommended dose for future studies. The study will also measure how the infused TCR-T cells expand and persist in the body, changes in EBV DNA levels and T-cell subgroups in the blood, and whether the treatment shows early signs of clinical benefit. Researchers will also explore whether the treatment causes an immune response against the infused cells.

A Real-world Study on Golidocitinib-based Therapeutic Regimens for the Treatment of Patients With Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

This real-world study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of golidocitinib-based treatment regimens in patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), without intervention in the selection of therapeutic strategies. A total of 1,000 PTCL patients are planned to be enrolled. After screening, eligible participants meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be assigned to one of three predefined cohorts: Cohort 1: Treatment-naïve patients with PTCL or NK/T-cell lymphoma. Cohort 2: Patients receiving maintenance therapy following remission after first-line induction treatment for PTCL. Cohort 3: Patients with relapsed or refractory PTCL or relapsed/refractory NK/T-cell lymphoma. There is no cap on the number of participants in each cohort.
