THBC/CGF for Alveolar Bone Regeneration: A Real-World Study

This study aims to combine real-world research with relevant bone repair materials and techniques to improve alveolar bone resorption in extraction sockets following impacted wisdom tooth removal, while achieving effective bone preservation or promoting bone regeneration. All eligible cases within specified parameters will be included in the clinical study scope. Based on real-world clinical data, we will proactively collect postoperative clinical examination findings and imaging data. Statistical analysis will be performed on clinical outcomes and follow-up data from patients undergoing mandibular impacted M3 extraction. The study aims to clarify the therapeutic efficacy of the thermosensitive hydroxyethylchitosan-loaded concentrated growth factor group in repairing mesial bone defects of M2s following M3 extraction.

Optimizing Pulp Management in Autotransplantation of Mature Third Molars: A Randomized Controlled Trial

This study aims to find the best way to use your own healthy wisdom tooth to replace the bad tooth. After transplantation, how to manage the "tooth nerve" (dental pulp) inside the tooth is a key question. Currently, doctors have three different management strategies, but it is not clear which one is most beneficial for long-term success. This study will compare these three strategies: Performing standard root canal treatment (removing the tooth nerve) a few weeks after transplantation. Performing a special procedure to treat and fill the root tip during the transplant surgery, followed by root canal treatment later. Simply trimming the root tip during the transplant surgery, hoping to preserve the vitality of the tooth nerve and thereby avoid subsequent root canal treatment. If you agree to participate, you will be randomly assigned to one of these groups to receive treatment. Afterwards, we will need to schedule regular check-ups for you over a period of 5 years (including X-rays and examinations) to monitor the healing of the transplanted tooth, check for any problems, and assess the status of the tooth nerve. Your participation will help us identify the most effective and long-lasting treatment method, thereby benefiting future patients in similar situations.

Impacted Canine and Mixed-reality Technology - RCT

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine whether the use of HoloLens 2 mixed reality goggles for planning alignment of palatally impacted canine reduces: 1) treatment time and 2) the risk of complications compared to planning alignment of palatally impacted canine without HoloLens 2 goggles. Participants will have an impacted canine on palatal side. Researchers will use or will not use HoloLens 2 goggles in planning therapy Participants will wear fixed orthodontic appliances for the treatment of impacted canine. During treatment, attachment will fixed to an impacted canine and the direction of traction will be established.
