Untreated

To compare the time to next treatment between patients with previously untreated, low tumor burden FL who receive the study drug epcoritamab versus those who do not receive epcoritamab and are monitored only.

Phase II, open label, randomized multicenter study to evaluate efficacy and safety of study treatment in previously untreated patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Patients will receive study treatment for a maximum of 24 months or until progression disease or until unacceptable toxicity. In the experimental arm, patients who discontinue chemotherapy for reasons other than disease progression may continue receiving the remaining study drugs (NLM-001, botensilimab and balstilimab) up to a maximum of 24 months, according to schedule.

The prognosis of DLBCL with MYC rearrangement is dismal. Previous study showed that lenalidomide in combination with R-CHOP showed promising therapeutic activity and that R-DA EPOCH was superior compared to R-CHOP regimen in this cohort of patients. The investigators therefore design this phase I/II study to investigate the safety and efficacy of lenalidomide in combination with R-DA EPOCH in patients with untreated MYC-rearranged DLBCL.
