NEUROMUSCULAR PREDICTORS OF VERTICAL JUMP PERFORMANCE IN NATIONAL-TEAM WRESTLERS: A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

The study will include national wrestlers studying at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University School of Physical Education and Sports who meet the inclusion criteria and agree to participate. Individuals who agree to participate will be evaluated on their grip strength, hand reaction times, balance, core muscle endurance, vertical jumps, dynamic (Y-balance test), and static balance.
