Vomiting Postoperative

This study aims to explore whether patients' tendency to exaggerate or focus on pain (pain catastrophizing) is related to experiencing nausea and vomiting after surgery. The study will include patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Before surgery, patients will answer questions measuring pain catastrophizing and rate their pain during intravenous cannulation. Nausea and vomiting will be assessed at various times during the first 24 hours after surgery. The results may help better understand how psychological factors affect postoperative symptoms.

To prevent refulx symptoms in a type of bariatric surgery, a suture is taken.there is no enough evidence in support of or against the suture. our study aims to compare the symptoms of patients in whom the suture is taken and in those in whom it is not.

Resumption of oral feeding after small intestine surgery is a matter of controversy .Some surgeons advocate early resumption while others don't.early feeding is initiated as soon as the patient recovers from effects of anaesthesia, while late resumption is started after 24-48 hours after surgery.Recent studies and guidelines suggest early feeding. The aim of this study is to compare the early and late resumption of oral feeding.
