The goal of this interventional post-market follow-up study is to evaluate radiological changes in the diaphyseal bone density (Gruen Zones 3 and 4) within 24 months postoperative in patients treated with CoreHip® primary cementless stem. The DEXA bone density analysis is used.

Safety and Clinical Performance in terms of clinical outcome of oneKNEE® (total knee arthroplasty TKA), evaluated 2 years after implantation.

The aim of this study is to prove that Novosyn Quick and Monosyn Quick are equivalent in early wound healing in adult patients undergoing resective periodontal surgery. In order to show equivalence between Novosyn Quick and Monosyn Quick EHS, which is composed of 3 parameters: clinical signs of reepithelization, clinical signs of haemostasis and clinical signs of inflammation, will be calculated for each suture 10 ± 5 days postoperatively and cannot differ more than 2 points. Furthermore, complications, the handling of the suture material, pain, satisfaction of the patient and bacterial contamination of the thread (optional) will also be assessed as secondary objectives.

This observational study will collect information from adult patients in Japan who are treated with Histoacryl® to stop bleeding from arteries in the chest or abdomen, in order to better understand how well the treatment works and how safe it is during routine medical care.

Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) is a well-established surgical technique that employs barrier membranes to ensure the stability of bone augmentation material while preventing the infiltration of soft tissue, thereby facilitating new bone formation. The primary objective of this randomized controlled trial is to assess the performance and safety of the Lyoplant® collagen membrane as a barrier membrane in GBR for patients undergoing dental implant surgery. Additionally, the study aims to compare the Lyoplant® membrane with the Bio-Gide® collagen membrane, with the goal of demonstrating the non-inferiority of the Lyoplant® membrane in terms of radiographically measured bone gain compared to the comparator.

Multicenter Post market clinical follow-up Study on the Safety and Performance of Ennovate® Cervical - Prospective, pure data collection of all Ennovate Cervical patients in Total Indications

The primary aim of the study is to show that the ileo-colic anastomosis leakage rate until the first 30 days after surgery using MonoPlus® suture material for anastomosis construction after right hemicolectomy is not inferior to the anastomosis leakage rate published in the literature for totally handsewn or stapled-handsewn ileo-colic anastomosis.

The aim of the study is to describe the effectiveness of Optilene® Silver Mesh Elastic on prevention of surgical site infection (SSI) at 6 months follow-up in patients undergoing urgent laparotomy by collecting clinical data on the SSI rates, IH rates and overall clinical performance of Optilene® Silver Mesh Elastic used for the prevention of incisional hernia as prophylactic mesh in patients that require urgent median laparotomy in clinical routine.

The aim of this study is to show the superiority of the new unidirectional barbed suture (SYMMCORA® mid-term, unidirectional) to conventional suture material in terms of time to perform the vaginal cuff closure during gynecologic surgeries without an increase in the complication rate. Secondly, the superiority of SYMMCORA®, mid-term unidirectional compared to the V-Loc®, unidirectional will be assessed regarding the mean time to close the vaginal cuff. The study will be performed in routine clinical setting, the only difference will be the randomization into two different suture groups. Both suture materials which will be applied to approximate the vaginal cuff are approved and carrying the CE-marks. Additionally, both sutures will be applied in their intended use. Neither additional invasive measures nor additional burden in regard to the patient will be performed.

Multicenter, multinational Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) study on the safety and performance of Ennovate® Complex - A prospective, pure data collection of all Ennovate® scoliosis patients in selected centers (not interventional, multicentric)

The study is designed as a prospective, observational, mid-term, multi-center follow-up study. It is planned to include 150 patients from 4 different study centres in Germany.

Randomized, controlled, single center observational study to compare the safety and performance of navigation-assisted OrthoPilot Elite and robotic-assisted MAKO total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The aim of the study is the comparison of the clinical outcome between navigated and robotic-assisted TKA. The hypothesis of the study is that both treatments achieve similar results regarding functional and clinical aspects.

The aim of the study is to elucidate, if the colonization of bacteria is lower on the Novosyn® CHD suture compared to uncoated Polyglactin 910 suture, which will be assessed by the incidence of surgical site infections (SSI: A1 and A2). The results of this registry will generate further clinical evidence for the use and the benefit of a Chlorhexidine coated suture used to close the wound after an emergency or elective laparoscopic or laparotomy surgery. The benefit for individual patients lies in the early diagnosis of complications and in the optimized postoperative controls of a clinical study.

Prospective, multinational pilot study for evaluation of the Pheno4U data platform in Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) patients

A randomized controlled trial comparing modular dual mobility inserts with ceramic multilayer coating versus standard polyethylene inserts for primary THA in a cementless acetabular cup

The purpose of this PMCF study is to demonstrate the accuracy of navigation using the new pheno4uTKA Level 1 software for OrthoPilot Elite® and to evaluate its safety and performance. Patient-related outcome measures (PROM) will be acquired to investigate functional outcome and patient satisfaction.
