A Phase I Study of CFT8919 in Patients With Advanced NSCLC

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of CFT8919 capsules in patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) carrying EGFR mutations. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of CFT8919? * Does CFT8919 demonstrate antitumor activity in these patients? Participants will: * Take CFT8919 capsules at different doses. * Undergo regular assessments for safety, pharmacokinetics, and tumor response. Researchers will compare different dose levels to determine the best balance between safety and efficacy.

Real World Study of Icotinib in Adjuvant Post Surgical Treatment for Stage IA2 High Risk to IB EGFR Mutant Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a multicenter, retrospective, observational real-world study designed based on real-world data. Eligible medical institutions that meet standardized data quality requirements and have an adequate sample size will be enrolled in this study. The treatment group consists of patients with completely resected (R0) stage IA2 high-risk to IB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR-sensitizing mutations who received adjuvant icotinib therapy after radical resection. The control group includes patients with completely resected (R0) stage IA2 high-risk to IB NSCLC with positive EGFR-sensitizing mutations who received routine observational follow-up after surgery. Propensity score-matched analyses will be conducted between the treatment and control groups to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant icotinib therapy in this patient population.

Sequential Chemotherapy With Befotertinib in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Patients With Resistance to Third-Generation EGFR-TKI

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for over 85% of lung cancers. Approximately 30-40% of East Asian adenocarcinoma patients harbor EGFR mutations. Third-generation EGFR-TKIs achieve a median PFS of about 20 months as first-line therapy, but resistance eventually develops. Studies like MARIPOSA-2 confirm that amivantamab combined with chemotherapy ± lazertinib or immunotherapy regimens (ivucitinib/sintilimab + bevacizumab + chemotherapy) can extend median PFS post-resistance from approximately 4 months to 6-8 months. As a third-generation TKI, befitinib has demonstrated PFS of 16-22 months in both first-line and post-T790M mutation settings. This study aims to further evaluate the feasibility and safety of "pemetrexed + carboplatin followed by befotertinib" for patients resistant to third-generation TKIs.
