This study aims to evaluate the effects of local vibration applied to the plantar surface of the foot on gait speed and dynamic balance in individuals with stroke.

This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effects of 360-degree video-supported upright birth position education on fear of childbirth, childbirth self-efficacy, birth satisfaction, and perineal trauma among primiparous pregnant women. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to one of three intervention groups or a control group. In addition to routine antenatal care, participants in the intervention groups will receive 360-degree video-supported education on one of three upright birth positions: use of a Pilates ball, birth dance, or squatting. Participants in the control group will receive routine antenatal care only. The study will examine whether 360-degree video-supported education can help primiparous women prepare for childbirth, reduce fear of childbirth, improve childbirth self-efficacy and birth satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of perineal trauma. The outcomes of the three intervention groups will also be explored to determine whether the effects differ according to the type of upright birth position.

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of supervised Schroth exercises versus a home-based exercise program in adolescents with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS).

This research will be conducted to evaluate the effect of music listening and stress ball application on placental separation time, pain during episiotomy repair, and breastfeeding success in primiparous pregnant women.

This randomized-controlled trial evaluates local vibration therapy for drooling and orofacial muscle biomechanics in children with cerebral palsy. Participants receive either local vibration plus conventional physiotherapy or sham vibration plus conventional physiotherapy.

This study aims to investigate the effect of video calls with family members during the preoperative waiting period in the operating room on stress, anxiety, and surgical fear in patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). Bladder cancer is a common urological malignancy, and psychological problems are frequently observed in the preoperative period. The absence of family support in the operating room may increase anxiety and fear, triggering physiological stress responses and raising the risk of complications. This multicenter randomized controlled trial will be conducted between September 2025 and March 2027 at Bitlis State Hospital and Tatvan State Hospital. The study sample will include 128 eligible patients, randomly assigned to intervention and control groups. Patients in the intervention group will have a video call with a designated family member in the operating room, while control group patients will receive routine care. Data will be collected using the Descriptive Information Form, the Surgical Fear Questionnaire, and the Visual Analogue Scale; stress levels will be assessed through serum cortisol and glucose values. Measurements will be taken at three time points: preoperatively (T0), immediately before anesthesia (T1), and on the first postoperative day (T2). The study is expected to demonstrate that maintaining family support through video calls in the preoperative period reduces anxiety, fear, and stress, thereby improving surgical outcomes and contributing to the development of family-centered care practices.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of local vibration application on the upper extremity pain, paresthesia, neck pain, and limitations in cervical joint range of motion experienced by patients with cervical radiculopathy.

We hypothesize that focal vibration therapy will reduce pain, increase the mobilization of the glenohumeral joint, and will improve functionality in patients with adhesive capsulitis.
