GENCONCOR-2 is a translational research aimed to compare the molecular profile of primary tumors and their matched brain metastases in gastroesophageal cancers, including cancer of the esophagus, gastroesophageal junction, and stomach. The study is based on the previously established international GASTROBRAIN cohort (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07448493), which provides comprehensive clinicopathological and treatment data for over 230 patients. It will be conducted by retrospective analysis of paired samples of histological material (primary tumor and corresponding brain metastasis) with determination of HER2 expression status (IHC ± FISH), MSI status (IHC ± PCR), PD-L1 combined positive score (CPS), and CLDN18.2 expression status (IHC)

GENCONCOR-1 study is translational research aimed to investigate the concordance of the molecular genetic profile of the primary tumor and brain metastases (BM) of colorectal cancer (CRC). The study was conducted by post hoc analysis of pairs of samples of histological material with determination of the mutational status of genes KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, HER2 and MSI.

GETUG-13 study has prospectively confirmed poor outcomes in advanced germ cell tumors (GCT) patients with unfavorable decrease of tumor markers after 1 cycle of BEP chemotherapy. There is an unmet medical need to improve outcomes in this subset of patients, however the dose-dense regimen proposed in the above-mentioned trial cannot be implemented in routine clinical practice. T-BEP regimen may have advantage over the traditional BEP regimen as first-line therapy for poor-risk GCT Treatment escalation with T-BEP regimen may be an effective and tolerable therapeutic option for advanced GCT patients with unfavorable tumor markers decline.

This prospective, randomized, open-label, phase II clinical trial compares two sequential intravesical chemotherapy regimens in patients with bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-unresponsive high-grade non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) following complete transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). Participants are randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive sequential intravesical gemcitabine plus docetaxel or sequential intravesical gemcitabine plus mitomycin C. The primary objective is to compare 12-month event-free survival between treatment groups. Secondary objectives include evaluation of cystectomy-free survival, progression-free survival, treatment safety, tolerability, and patient-reported quality of life.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if olanzapine works to prevent and treat anorexia-cachexia syndrome and appetite loss in cancer patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is prolonged low-dose olanzapine effective and save in: * Preventing/treating weight loss due to anorexia. * Controlling nausea/vomiting. * Maintaining anticancer therapy dose intensity? Does prolonged low-dose olanzapine improve quality of life in patients receiving neoadjuvant/preoperative chemotherapy? Participants will: Take prolonged low-dose olanzapine (2.5 mg/day) in treatment group or usual diet only in control group until surgical treatment Physical examination, anthropometric assessment, blood tests, quality of life, appetite and nutritional status assessment, abdominal CT, handgrip dynamometry before chemotherapy and after preoperative chemotherapy before surgery Physical examination, adverse events every visit Surgical complications within 30 days after surgery

To explore the application of Camrelizumab with chemotherapy as neoadjuvant treatment of early-stage TNBC. Phase II clinical study of Camrelizumab in neoadjuvant treatment of early-stage TNBC is proposed. The study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Camrelizumab and to provide a new treatment option for neoadjuvant treatment of early-stage TNBC.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of FOLFOX regimen with dabrafenib and cetuximab/panitumumab in the first line of therapy for the potential treatment of colorectal cancer that: has a metastatic, inoperable; has a mutation in the BRAF gene and MSS. Participants in this study will receive one of the following study treatments: These participants will receive FOLFOX regimen with dabrafenib and cetuximab or panitumumab in the first line of therapy This study is currently enrolling participants who will receive either FOLFOX regimen with dabrafenib and cetuximab or panitumumab in the first line of therapy. The study team will monitor how each participant responds to the study treatment for up to about 3 years.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy of using polypropylene mesh for hernia prevention after stoma closure in patients with colorectal cancer and non-mesh repair. The main question it aims to answer is: can mesh help prevent hernia? Participants will be divided into 2 groups: with and without mesh using. They must be followed up for 2 years after enrollment in the study. Researchers will compare mesh and non-mesh groups to evaluate the benefits and harms of mesh using in hernia prevention.

This is a prospective study on the safety and effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation in patients with desmoid tumors. In the study group, all patients after radiofrequency ablation of the tumor after 1 month will be evaluated using MRI and CT studies and, if solid components of the tumor are detected, repeated surgical treatment is performed followed by active monitoring after 1 month. In the absence of a solid component, the effect is estimated by the volume of the necrotic process and monitored in dynamics every 3 months.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, feasibility and outcomes of neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by esophagectomy versus neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy followed by esophagectomy for locally advanced resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cT3-4aN0M0, cT1-4aN1-3M0. This is non-inferiority study (neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy has no advantage over neoadjuvant chemotherapy).
