A Trial of CRD-4730 in HFrEF

CRD-4730 is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) inhibitor. The CALIBRATE-HF trial is a Phase 2, global, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled trial. The trial will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of CRD-4730 in addition to guideline directed medical therapy in participants with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). Participants will be randomized to 1 of 4 study groups and receive investigational study drug or placebo twice daily (BID) for 24 weeks of treatment.

A Phase 2 Study of CRD-4730 in CPVT

This is a Phase 2, multicenter, double-blind, sponsor blinded, placebo-controlled, repeat-dose clinical study of CRD-4730 to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of CRD-4730 to participants with Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia (CPVT). Participants with CPVT will complete a 3-period, randomized 3-sequence study. Each participant will be randomized to one of the 3 sequences in which they will receive 2 different doses of CRD-4730 and 1 dose of matching placebo.
