The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if FT1 is safe and works to treat short bowel syndrome (SBS) in adults. It will also learn about the PK/PD profile of FT1. Researchers will compare FT1 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if FT1 is safe and effective in patients with SBS. Participants will * Receive multiple injections of FT1 or placebo according to weight. * Visit the clinic for assessment.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if PA5 is safe and works to treat advanced solid tumors in adults. It will also learn about the tolerability and PK/PD profile of PA5. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is intravenous infusion of PA5 monotherapy safe and tolerable for patients with advanced/metastatic solid tumors? * What is the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended dose for Phase II clinical trials (RP2D) of PA5 monotherapy? In the escalation phase, participants will receive PA5 via intravenous infusion on Day 1 of Cycle 1 (28-day cycle). If no dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) occurs, treatment continues from Cycle 2 onward with adjusted frequency (every 2-4 weeks). In the expansion phase, participants will receive PA5 with the frequency determined based on the results of the escalation phase.

The primary objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple administrations of PL54 in patients aged 18-55 years. The key questions it aims to answer include: How safe and tolerable is PL54 in PKU patients following single and multiple administrations? Researchers will compare the safety and tolerability profiles between single and multiple dosing regimens to assess PL54. Participants will be required to: Phase Ia (Single Administration): Receive a single subcutaneous injection of PL54 based on body weight. Undergo a 28-day observation period post-injection. Visit the clinic for assessments on: D1 (administration day), D2, D7, D8, D10, D15, D22, and D29. Phase Ib (Multiple Administrations): Receive subcutaneous injections of PL54 every 7 days (4 doses total) based on body weight. Undergo a 35-day observation period after the last injection. Visit the clinic for assessments on: D1 (first administration), D3, D8, D15, D21, D22, D29, D36, D43, and D57 Data to be recorded include: Incidence, severity, seriousness, relationship to PL54 treatment, duration, and outcome of adverse events (AEs). Change from baseline in blood phenylalanine (Phe) concentration.

The main aim of this clinical trial is to assess the safety and efficacy of a single dose of PN20 in treatment of thrombocytopenia in adult patients with chronic liver disease undergoing an elective procedure. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How effective is PN20 in treating thrombocytopenia in patients with chronic liver disease? * Is PN20 safe in these patients? Participants will * Receive a single subcutaneous injections of PN20 or placebo according to weight before an elective procedure, * Visit the clinic for assessment.

The main aim of this clinical trial is to assess the safety and tolerability of PN20 in adult patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is PN20 safe in these patients? * Could these patients potentially benefit from PN20 treatment? Participants will * Receive one subcutaneous injection of PN20 according to weight; * Visit the clinic for assessment.

The main aim of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of PJ009 in patients aged ≥14 with short bowel syndrome (SBS) requiring parenteral nutrition. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How effective is PJ009 in treating short bowel syndrome? * Is PJ009 safe in these patients? Researchers will compare PJ009 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if PJ009 works to treat SBS. Participants will * Receive daily subcutaneous injections of PJ009 or placebo according to weight for 24 weeks, and then the participants receive placebo will be switched to receive PJ009 for another 12 weeks, while participants receive PJ009 continued the same treatment until the end of 36 weeks, * Visit the clinic at the end of week 1(w1), w2, w4, w8, w12, w16, w20, w24, w30 and w36 for assessment, * Keep a diary of the amount of their parenteral nutrition/ intravenous fluids (PN/IV), enteral nutrition and urine volume.
