This is a multicenter clinical trial to evaluate the safety and preliminary activity of the selective general control nonderepressible 2 (GCN2) activator DCC-2812 as monotherapy in advanced/metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC), urothelial carcinoma, and castration-resistant prostate cancer.

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of vimseltinib on pharmacokinetics of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) substrate (dabigatran) in healthy male participants. This study will last approximately 21 days.

The goal of this observational study is to better understand real-world use of vimseltinib, treatment patterns, and health-related quality of life in participants treated with vimseltinib for TGCT. This study will collect data in an observational disease registry involving no intervention to the participants and will not influence standard medical care or impact treatment decisions for participants.

This is a Phase 1/2, multicenter, open-label (unless otherwise specified in a combination-specific module) study of inlexisertib in combination with anticancer therapies. Modules within the master protocol are defined according to different combinations of inlexisertib with other anticancer agents.

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of vimseltinib on pharmacokinetics of combined oral contraceptive (COC) (ethinyl estradiol/levonorgestrel) in healthy female participants. This study will last approximately 35 days.

The purpose of this Phase 1/2 master protocol study is to evaluate if DCC-3009 is safe, tolerable and works effectively in the treatment of GIST. The study will use a modular approach with each module being defined according to therapy: DCC-3009 alone or DCC-3009 in combination with other anticancer therapies. Each module will be conducted in 2 parts: Part 1 (Dose Escalation) and Part 2 (Dose Expansion). Participants will be treated in 28-day treatment cycles with an estimated duration of up to 2 years.

The purpose of this study is to determine if vimseltinib is safe, tolerable and works effectively to treat adults with active moderate to severe cGVHD. Participants will be treated with vimseltinib in 28-day treatment cycles for approximately 2 years.
