The objective of this observational study is to evaluate the association between the presence of mitral valvular and/or subvalvular anatomical abnormalities prior to initiation of mavacamten and the hemodynamic response at 6 months in patients with obstructive HCM treated with mavacamten. The secondary objective is to determine the impact of different types of anatomical abnormalities of the mitral valve and subvalvular structures on the hemodynamic and clinical response to mavacamten.

Multiple and mixed valvular heart disease (MMVD) is a common condition in clinical practice. It corresponds to a combination of stenotic or leaky lesions on two or more heart valves (multiple valve disease), or a combination of stenotic and leaky lesions on the same valve (mixed valve disease). However, the management of their clinical, biological and cardiovascular imaging is not well established. Current European Society of Cardiology (ESC) recommendations primarily address the various valve diseases in isolation. This results in an absence of reliable recommendations for managing MMVD, with different approaches being adopted by care centres. In order to address this knowledge gap regarding MMVD, it is crucial to assess its prevalence, the cardiovascular imaging methods employed and the management strategies, as well as to identify prognostic factors for the various combinations of valve disease. The multicentre MMVD study will be a valuable resource as it will improve our understanding of the prognosis for patients with MMVD. It will highlight imaging and biological markers associated with the prognosis of different combinations of MMVD.

The objective of this study is to collect in a prospective registry all cases of French patients undergoing an assessment for percutaneous treatment of mitral valve disease on a native valve or due to deterioration after surgical valve repair or replacement. In these patients, valvular surgery should be considered contra-indicated or at prohibitive risk. This registry will evaluate the morbidity and mortality up to 24 months for those patients with severe mitral valve disease who are not included in a clinical trial. The association of demographic, clinical, laboratory, echocardiographic variables and treatment options with morbidity and mortality will be evaluated by univariate and multivariate analyses.

Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) represents a recent advance in the treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF), with a safety profile potentially superior to traditional thermal techniques, such as radiofrequency or cryoablation. Its mechanism of action allows tissue selectivity which in theory limits damage to extracardiac structures. However, several cases of right diaphragmatic paralysis have been reported in the literature after PFA, particularly during applications on the right pulmonary veins, near the right phrenic nerve. The available data are from studies without specific diaphragmatic monitoring. The diagnosis of diaphragmatic paralysis is most often based on chest X-ray, a static examination of limited sensitivity, especially for the detection of incomplete paralysis. To date, no prospective multicentre study has evaluated the incidence of diaphragmatic paralysis after PFA with systematic dynamic imaging, such as fluoroscopy, considered the gold standard for the diagnosis of unilateral paralysis.

Although the idea of a leadless pacemaker was first proposed in the 1970s to eliminate the probes, pockets and connectors required by conventional cardiac procedures and the associated complications, the first devices were not developed until the late 2010s. Leadless pacemakers can also improve patient comfort by replacing surgery with a percutaneous procedure, eliminating the mass and scar visible at the implantation site of a conventional pacemaker, and eliminating the need for activity restrictions to prevent dislodgement after implantation of a conventional lead. This french Registry "France LEADLESS" is a national registry designed to confirm the safety and efficacy of the AVEIR VR LP System in a patient population indicated for the implantation of a VVI(R) pacemaker in France and the AVEIR AR LP System in a population of patients indicated for the implantation of an AAI(R) pacemaker or both systems used in conjunction in a population of patients indicated for the implantation of a DDD(R) pacemaker. This registry will also make it possible to collect the characteristics and indications of patients under normal conditions of use.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is responsible for 15-20% of ischaemic strokes. These events are often caused by thrombus formation in the left atrium. Thromboembolic risk in AF is primarily prevented by oral anticoagulation. However, this drug-based approach has a number of limitations, the most important of which are compliance problems and, above all, the risk of haemorrhagic complications, some of which are potentially serious. Left atrial appendage closure is a therapeutic alternative for the prevention of cardioembolic risk in cases where anticoagulation is clearly contraindicated. The CNEDiMTS opinion of 12 March 2019 defines that the LAMBRE, LIFETCH prosthesis, a device for transcatheter closure of the left atrial appendage, is authorised for the prevention of thromboembolic events in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation at high risk of thromboembolic events with a CHA2DS2-VASc score ≥ 4 and a formal and permanent contraindication to anticoagulants (validated by a multidisciplinary committee). LAMBRE prosthesis in France are subject to a review of the results by the CNEDIMTS committee. Among the criteria analysed regarding the efficacy and safety of the device implantation, the result regarding the migration rate of the LAMBRE device will be one of the criteria enabling the Commission to decide on the appropriateness of the renewal of the registration.

The goal of this observational study is to validate a simplified questionnaire, adapted for routine clinical use, to quickly detect sleep disorders in patient during a cardiology consultation. Two questionnaires were developed for this project. The first is patient-oriented: a prospective, multicentre, national observational registry based on a patient questionnaire designed to quickly detect sleep disorders during a cardiology consultation. The second is aimed at treating cardiologists: this is a simple impact survey designed to assess changes in the practices of cardiologists who participated in CARDIOSOM.

The goal of this clinical trial is to describe the cardiac and systemic inflammatory adaptations specific to women practicing ultra-endurance sports. The objectives are to: * Improve the understanding of cardiac and systemic inflammatory adaptations specific to women participating in ultra-endurance sports. * Assess the relationship between observed cardiac and systemic inflammatory alterations and the relative levels of estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone. * Describe the vascular adaptations specific to women participating in ultra-endurance sports. * Examine the influence of defense mechanisms on the emotional dynamics observed during and after an ultra-endurance race.

The WAMIF study was conducted from 2017 to 2019, including 314 patients in 30 French research centers spread across metropolitan France. It systematically collected the clinical, morphological, and biological characteristics of myocardial infarction cases affecting women under 50 years of age and assessed their short-term (in-hospital) and medium-term (12-month) prognosis. Extending the follow-up beyond 12 months for this first study would provide fundamental data for understanding and improving the care of these patients.

There is a need to simplify the assessment of coronary and cerebral vascular networks in patients selected for carotid endarterectomy in order to prevent potential complications during and after surgery. A non-invasive, non-ionizing 3 dimension mapping of these networks would provide a remarkable benefit for patients.

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the clinical efficacy of physiological pacing combined with atrioventricular node ablation, in patients with Heart Failure with preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) and well controlled permanent atrial fibrillation.The main question it aims to answer is that heart rate regularization added to physiological pacing - preventing the deleterious effect of right ventricular apical pacing - would reduce mortality and heart failure hospitalizations. Researchers will compare physiological pacing combined with atrioventricular node ablation (intervention arm) versus optimal pharmacological therapy (control arm) to see if physiological pacing combined with atrioventricular node ablation reduce time to the composite of all-cause mortality or hospitalization due to heart failure or intravenous diuretics (time frame 24 months). Participants will : * Be randomized in intervention arm or control arm. * Visit the clinic 3 months, 12 months and 24 months after the randomization for checkups and tests.

The new approach propose in this protocol is based on ultrafast ultrasound and remote palpation of tissue by ultrasonic radiation pressure. Ultrafast ultrasound of biological tissues is based on an innovative ultrasound imaging approach that can image very fast soft tissue events at a rate of several thousands of frames per second and provide quantitative mapping of the elasticity of the tissues. This current project aims is to focus on myocardial rigidity in diastole to better assess the function of the heart failure.

The aim of this registry is to evaluate the overall survival up to 10 years of patients with aortic valve bioprostheses implanted via the transarterial or transapical route. Data from the register is enhanced by matching it with continuous data in the SNDS. Mandated by the French health authorities, this registry must be maintained as part of the management of any patient undergoing transarterial or transapical aortic valve bioprosthesis implantation. Participation in the registry is offered to all subjects eligible for bioprosthesis implantation.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (Hypertrophic CardioMyopathy=HCM) remains a poorly understood disease with an assumption insufficiently codified. There is no data available in France on the profile of patients, diagnostic methods and assessment and therapeutic use. The purpose of this study is to establish a monitoring of patients with HCM (sarcomere of origin or not) in France (diagnosis, treatment)
