The overall objective of this study is to use standard clinical measures to explore the safety and preliminary effectiveness of open-label MDMA-assisted therapy with a flexible dose of methylenedioxymethamphetaminel, in participants with Post traumatic Stress Disorder and moral injury, in individual and group treatment settings. The overall safety objective is to assess the severity, incidence, and frequency of AEs, AEs of Special Interest (AESIs), and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), concomitant medication use, suicidal ideation and behavior and vital signs .

One of every four births in the Western world is induced, usually due to the risk of maternal and fetal morbidity. There are several methods of labor induction, pharmacological and mechanical. In cases of unfavorable cervix (Bishop score is below 5), cervical ripening can be induced by either prostaglandins E2 (slow release 10 mg dinoprostone insert (propess) or vaginal gel 1-2 mg) or mechanically by Foley catheter balloon (FCB). The efficacy of labor induction of propess versus vaginal gel combined with FCB was not studied previously. The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to compare the efficacy of propess versus PGE2 vaginal gel combined with FCB in women with singletons undergoing labor induction at term. The main question it aims to answer is to compare the time from the beginning of labor induction until delivery.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare between higher and lower dose of oxytocin to induce delivery in obese women. Researches will compare between low and high doses of oxytocin. the study group will use high dose of oxytocin (20 units in 1000 ml) versus the control group which will use low dose of oxytocin (10 units of oxytocin in 1000 ml)

Clinical trial The aim of the study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of intrauterine suturing with Apollos X-tack, inserted into the uterus by hysteroscope. Primary outcome: Intrauterine suture will sustain the procedure - when the uterus will be opened the suture will be observed. Secondary outcome: Procedure complications. Study Design Interventional pilot Study Study group: Women undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Eligible participants with chronic tympanic membrane perforation (\>6 month) will be given a detailed description and offered to participate in the study. the study investigates the efficacy of trans canal tympanoplasty with local anesthesia using fat pad and "Tachosil". Participants will be followed for 1 year after the procedure with otological examination and successive hearing evaluations.

The goal of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of treating fibromyalgia using combination of electrical stimulation with aerobic activity. Participants will be randomly assigned to stimulation in a ratio of 1:1:1. 120 participants (40 in each group). The therapeutic course will include moderate aerobic physical activity (at 60% of the target heart rate adjusted for age) 3 times a week for 4 weeks (a week of adjustment, and 3 weeks of treatment), along with low current electrical stimulation for 3 weeks.

Meniere's disease is a progressive and debilitating inner ear disease characterised by vertigo and hearing loss. Several studies have linked Menierws disease with lower bone density and lower vitamin D levels. In the current prospective study definite Meniere's patients will be followed over a period of 2 year, during which repetitive measurements of bone density, vitamin D plasma levels, blood pressure as well as hearing and vestibular tests will be made. Results will be compared to healthy controls.
