The main purpose of the study is to assess how well the standard ablation procedure (Varipulse Catheter) works over long term when used with different types of anesthesia in participants with symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF, irregular heartbeat that comes and goes on its own, causing noticeable symptoms like a racing heart, or shortness of breath).

The Mentor Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up Study is a multicenter observational study conducted in China. It aims to collect safety data on Mentor breast implants over a 5-year follow-up period in the Chinese population. In addition to safety data, the study will also gather information on postoperative pain and participant satisfaction levels. The objective is to explore customers' clinical experiences and use them as a reference for future product development. The study intends to enroll different number of participants for each license.

The purpose of this study is to assess how safe choydar flow-directed mesh stent is and how well it works in the treatment of unruptured intracranial aneurysms (a condition in which a bulging blood vessel in the brain can burst and cause bleeding) in a real-world setting.
