The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the corneal endothelium health of eyes treated with articaine ophthalmic solution in adult participants.

The purpose of this Phase 2 Open-label study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of Ultevursen administered via intravitreal injection (IVT) in participants with Retinitis Pigmentosa due to mutations in exon 13 of the USH2A gene. This is a multicenter study which will enroll approximately 81 participants, however, the exact number enrolled will depend on the final number completing the 24-month LUNA trial and are eligible and willing to enroll in CAPELLA.

The goal of this real-life, national, multicentre, prospective clinical investigation is to describe the adherence rate over time in patients with glaucoma or OHT already treated with IOP-lowering eye drops using connected device CONNECTDROP® The main questions it aims to answer are: * The mean annual adherence rate, defined as the percentage of the prescribed doses taken by the patient * The adherence profile of each patient * The association between the adherence profile, the objective adherence data and the clinical data. Participants will use the connected device CONNECTDROP® associated with the smartphone application on a daily basis.

The purpose of this double-masked, randomized, placebo-controlled, paired-eye study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of Sepofarsen in subjects with Leber Congenital Amaurosis (LCA) due to the c.2991+1655A\>G (p.Cys998X) mutation in the CEP290.

The goal of this non-interventional, open and monocentric study is to evaluate the satisfaction of 30 patients, after 3 months with Blephaderm eyelid cream, as a complementary care in post-eyelid surgery (Blepharopasty or ptosis). The participant will be asked to use Blephaderm twice a day. The patient satisfaction will be evaluated using a VAS scale.

Axial myopia is a type of nearsightedness that happens when the eye is too long from front to back. This causes distant vision to be blurry. Axial myopia tends to start during childhood and worsens over time (as the eyes continue to grow longer). This can lead to serious eye-related conditions later in life. The aim of T10430 treatment is to stop or slow this progression during childhood and therefore, prevent more serious complications. Animal studies using drugs with a similar mechanism of action as T10430 have demonstrated positive safety results. This study aims to better understand the safety and potential effectiveness of T10430 in children with axial myopia.
