The primary goal of this Phase 2 clinical trial is to determine the effects of a selective negative allosteric modulator (NAM) of GABAA α5 receptor, Basmisanil (NTX-1511), on brain wave (EEG) characteristics in children and adolescents with Dup15q syndrome. The main questions this trial aims to answer are: * How does NTX-1511 affect brain waves (as measured by EEG) in subjects with Dup15q syndrome? * Does NTX-1511 impact other developmental features of subjects with Dup15q syndrome? Researchers will compare the effects of NTX-1511 with matching placebo (look-alike granules that contain no drug). Participants will: * Take NTX-1511 or matching placebo 3 times every day for 12 weeks * Visit the clinic 7 times over the course of 23 weeks

The primary goal of this Phase 2 clinical trial is to determine the effects of a novel V1a receptor antagonist (NTX-1472) in adults with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). The main questions this trial aims to answer are: * Is NTX-1472 safe and well tolerated in adults with SAD? * How effectively does NTX-1472 treat adults with SAD? Researchers will compare the effects of NTX-1472 with matching placebo (a look-alike capsule that contains no drug). Participants will: * Take NTX-1472 or matching placebo every day for 8 weeks * Visit the clinic 6 times over the course of 14 weeks for checkups and tests

The primary goal of this Phase 1b clinical trial is to evaluate the effects of a novel TAAR1 receptor partial agonist (NTX-2001) in adults with Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD). The main questions this trial aims to answer are: * Does NTX-2001 affect alcohol consumption in adults with AUD? * Is NTX-2001 safe and well tolerated in adults with AUD? Researchers will compare the effects of NTX-2001 with matching placebo (look-alike capsule that contains no drug). Participants will: * Take NTX-2001 or matching placebo every day for 2 weeks * Visit the clinic 4 times over the course of 10 weeks
