Effect of AI-Assisted Discharge Education on Parents of Children With Bronchitis/Bronchiolitis

This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effects of artificial intelligence-assisted discharge education on mothers of children hospitalized with bronchitis/bronchiolitis. A total of 162 mothers will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: AI-assisted written discharge education, AI-assisted video discharge education, or routine discharge education. The primary outcome will be mothers' knowledge of home care after discharge. Secondary outcomes will include anxiety, readiness for hospital discharge, and satisfaction with discharge education. The study hypothesizes that AI-assisted written and video discharge education will improve mothers' knowledge and readiness for discharge, reduce anxiety, and increase satisfaction compared with routine discharge education.

The Effect of Virtual Reality-Based Intervention on Anxiety, Stress, and Pain in Women Undergoing Colposcopy: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Due to its invasive nature, the colposcopy procedure can cause high levels of anxiety, stress, pain, and nausea in women. The uncertainty surrounding the condition to be diagnosed, combined with the discomfort caused by the procedure itself, creates significant psychological stress in women and can negatively impact their compliance with diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, it is believed that applying Virtual Reality (VR) technology-one of the distraction techniques-as a non-pharmacological method for women undergoing colposcopy could be effective in reducing pain and anxiety by diverting their cognitive attention away from the procedure's negative stimuli. Although there are many studies in the literature using VR technology, no study has been found that examines the effect of VR-based interventions on anxiety, stress, and pain levels in women undergoing colposcopy. Therefore, this study will be one of the first randomized controlled trials to examine the multidimensional effects of virtual reality (anxiety, stress, pain) in women undergoing colposcopy. The findings will contribute to the widespread adoption of non-pharmacological nursing interventions in clinical practice. The aim of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the effect of a virtual reality (VR)-based intervention on anxiety, stress, and pain levels in women undergoing colposcopy and to determine its efficacy compared to standard care.

The Effect of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) on Pain and Menstrual Symptoms in Primary Dysmenorrhea This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) in managing pain and alleviating menstrual symptoms in individuals with primary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea is characterized by severe menstrual pain and accompanying symptoms that negatively impact the quality of life and daily functioning. TENS, a non-invasive and drug-free method, is applied to relieve pain by stimulating nerves through electrical impulses. This research evaluates the impact of TENS on both the intensity of menstrual pain and associated symptoms, offering insights into its potential as an alternative or complementary therapeutic approach.

Effect of Light Color Temperature Applied During Breastfeeding on Mother's Stress, Anxiety, Peace and Breastfeeding Motivation

Breastfeeding is an important condition for the health of the mother and the baby, which is the most difficult for mothers after birth. Since it is an important practice for both the mother and the baby, the evaluation and reduction of the mother's stress factors can help the hospital to regulate the lighting of the breastfeeding room. In addition, setting the light color temperature to a more appropriate kelvin can make a positive contribution to the hospital in terms of costs. For this purpose, when researchers look at the literature, we have not come across a randomized controlled study examining the effect of the light color temperature applied during breastfeeding on the mother's stress, anxiety, peace and breastfeeding motivation. Effect of Light Color on Stress, Anxiety, and Psychological Well-being During Nonstress Test in Pregnant Women at Risk

Purpose of the research: To determine the effect of light color on stress, anxiety, and psychological well-being during the Nonstress Test in at-risk pregnant women. This research was planned as a single-blind randomized controlled experimental type study by comparing separate groups in the form of experiment-placebo control. Data will be collected with the Introductory Information Form, Psychological Well-being Scale, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS/PSS-14), State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). The NST device is used to follow up pregnant women in the last 3 months of pregnancy, first monthly, then every two weeks and once a week. In other words, the procedure is routinely performed on every pregnant woman who comes for control. It is a device that shows the well-being of the baby and whether the mother has contractions. It is attached to the pregnant woman's abdominal area and does not cause any harm. It is not an invasive procedure. Pregnant women in the last 3 months of pregnancy who come to have NST for follow-up will be randomly selected and divided into 2 groups. A lamp with adjustable light level with Unit Unit Ut-383 Mini Luxmeter (Light Meter) will be placed in the intervention and control groups and the light level of the lamp will be adjusted to 100 lux. NST will be taken under cold (bluish white) light for the control group and under medium warm white (daylight white) light for the intervention group. Pre-test before the application and post-test after the application will be applied. The application is an invasive application that will not disturb the pregnant woman.

The Effect of Pregnant-controlled Sacral Massage on Mothers' Labor Pain, Perception, Process and Midwives' Satisfaction

Our study aims to determine the effect of pregnant-controlled automatic sacral massage on mothers' labor pain, perception, process and midwives' satisfaction. The research was planned as a randomized controlled experimental study. A total of 112 women, 56 pregnant women in the experimental and control groups, will be included in the study. In this project, an automatic massage device will be used during the active phase (when the cervical opening is between 5-6 cm and 10 cm) and a massage device in line with the pregnancy-controlled sacral massage application protocol. Pregnant women are followed throughout the active phase of labor and indicators reflecting labor pain, progress of labor, and the health status of the mother and the baby are used with the "Individual Identification Form", "Visual Comparison Scale", "Labor Monitoring Form", "Mother's Birth Perception Scale (ADAS)". The satisfaction of midwives will be evaluated with the "Evaluation of Satisfaction Status of Midwives Form".
