The goal of this study is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of intranasal midazolam in newborns and infants born prematurely, undergoing Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) screening. The main question it aims to answer is: • Does use of intranasal midazolam is a safe, quick, non-invasive medication, that reduces the pain, stress, discomfort, and other complications in patients undergoing ROP screening? Researchers will compare the intervention group with a comparison group of the patients who will receive routine comfort care.

The PMMHRI-Pitavastatin Registry is a non-interventional, single-center registry conducted at the Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital Research Institute (PMMHRI). Established in January 2024, the registry enrolls all patients from the Department of Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Diseases, the Department of Endocrinology, as well as outpatient cardiology and endocrinology clinics who are prescribed pitavastatin.

The PMMHRI-Lp(a)-Registry is a non-interventional, single-center registry conducted in the Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital Research Institute (PMMHRI). The PMMHRI-Lp(a)-Registry was established in January 2022. Since then, all consecutive patients of the Department of Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Diseases, Department of Endocrinology, and outpatient cardiology and endocrinology clinics with the measured Lp(a) concentration have been included.

The registry is maintained at the Regional Centre for Rare Diseases, established in 2016, within Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital Research Institute. This facility diagnoses and treats over 80 distinct rare diseases in patients from across the country, including those with phenotypically or genetically confirmed familial hypercholesterolemia (FH).
