TRPTI Metabolic and GLP-1 Pharmacodynamic Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess whether TRPTI™ supplementation affects GLP-1 and related metabolic markers in generally healthy adults who are overweight or obese (BMI 25.0-34.9 kg/m², aged 30 years and older). Researchers will compare TRPTI™ 150 mg to a matching placebo capsule to see if TRPTI™ produces a meaningful difference in GLP-1 response and associated metabolic and appetite-related markers over 8 hours. Participants will attend two 9-hour clinic visits (crossover design, with a minimum 6-day washout between visits).

Gut Microbiome and Metabolic Health Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess whether TRPTI (oleoylethanolamide) can reduce plasma imidazole propionate levels and improve insulin sensitivity and metabolic health in healthy adults aged 18 years and above with BMI 18.5-29.9 kg/m². The main question it aims to answer is does TRPTI reduce plasma imidazole propionate (a gut microbiota-derived metabolite linked to insulin resistance)? Researchers will compare TRPTI 300 mg to placebo in a parallel design to see if TRPTI reduces imidazole propionate levels and improves metabolic health markers compared to placebo. Participants will: * Take 2 capsules of their assigned study product daily for 8 consecutive weeks * Attend 3 clinic visits (at baseline, week 4 and week 8)

Sleep and Stress Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if natural supplements (lavender oil, PEA, and OEA) work to improve sleep and reduce stress in adults with moderate stress levels and sleep difficulties. It will also learn about the safety of these natural supplements. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do these supplements improve sleep quality? * Do they reduce perceived stress levels? * Do they reduce anxiety symptoms? * What medical problems do participants have when taking these supplements? Researchers will compare three active treatment groups (lavender oil, PEA, Trpti which contains OEA) to a placebo (a look-alike capsule that contains no active ingredients) to see if these natural supplements work to improve sleep and reduce stress. Participants will take 1 capsule (either active supplement or placebo) every day for 8 weeks and attend 2 clinic visits with a phone check in in between.
