Resmed is the manufacturer of medical devices which screen, diagnose, treat and monitor people with sleeping and respiratory disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). From time to time, for regulatory, quality, and marketing purposes, there may be a need to test the various products performance against PSG (gold standard technology), and other products. The purpose of this study is: 1. Products performance against PSG 2. comparison against other products, and 3. Assessments of potential new technologies

This will be a single-center, prospective observational study designed to evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of a new wearable device for non-invasive continuous monitoring of physiological signals to derive circadian rhythm. Melatonin sampling will be included for comparison against wearable-derived measures

This will be a single center, prospective study designed to evaluate the effect of adaptive servo ventilation therapy on insomnia severity among patients with moderate to severe chronic insomnia.

This study will collect data on a range of signals such as facial scans, videos (including speaking, blinking and swallowing) and heart rate variability to assess whether any of these measures are useful for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is common and associated with impaired daytime functioning, reduced quality of life and increased cardiovascular, metabolic and perioperative risk. Mandibular advancement devices (MADs) are a guideline-supported, non-invasive alternative to CPAP for patients with mild to moderate OSA and for those with severe OSA who refuse or cannot tolerate CPAP. MAD therapy relies heavily on patient engagement and sustained use over time. However, in usual care, patients typically have limited access to objective information about their treatment response. Titration is often based on intermittent assessments and subjective symptom reporting, with little real-time feedback to patients on treatment effectiveness. This lack of visibility may limit patient understanding of their condition, reduce engagement with therapy, and delay optimisation of treatment. Advances in nocturnal oximetry now enable multi-night, home-based assessment of oxygen desaturation and related metrics. The myNarval CC solution provides patients, alongside clinicians, with access to objective oximetry data during MAD therapy. By increasing patient awareness of treatment response, this approach has the potential to enhance engagement, support adherence, and improve the overall treatment experience. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether access to oximetry data through the myNarval CC solution improves patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) compared with standard care in patients treated with MADs for OSA.

Post Market follow up study to systematically and proactively collect supplementary real world data to confirm the usability and performance of the new generation mask systems. .

This is a pre-market study for ongoing product development aiming to explore the usability and performance of the study PAP systems.

Each participant will wear a wearable PAP device, tethered to a released PAP device for up to 7 nights. Objectives include collecting and evaluating participants feedback on seal, comfort and usability of the wearable PAP device.

Pressure Match (The APAP Min-Max tool) is a software-based clinical decision-support tool, developed using a causal-inference modelling approach based on data from thousands of OSA patients. The model takes as inputs from patient variables (e.g., baseline AHI, gender, weight/BMI, mask interface type), and outputs recommended AutoSet minimum and maximum pressure settings (cmH₂O) tailored for that patient phenotype. The intended clinical role of the Pressure Match tool is to assist the clinician's choice of AutoSet pressure range when initiating CPAP therapy, with the goal of reducing clinician time/effort in manual titration and follow-up adjustments without compromising safety, efficacy or patient satisfaction. The purpose of this trial is to test Pressure Match in a clinical trial setting, to demonstrate non-inferiority against standard APAP settings.

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of an investigational algorithm in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Each participant will wear the Nyx3 eye mask and Hypnodyne headband for 1 night at-home. Objectives include collecting and evaluating data quality from the Nyx3 eye mask, and exploring the impact of its paced breathing feature on sleep onset latency.

The REMAP study aims to follow a cohort of 400 patients in around ten sleep centers in France and to collect clinical routine data. The objectives of this study are to investigate the effects of one-year management of OSA by CPAP or MAD on sleep architecture defined by objective macro and micro sleep architecture parameters using a sleep test device. sleep connected at home, to assess the quality of sleep and the quality of life reported by patients. The study will also allow us to define predictive factors for improving sleep quality during OSA treatment.
