Use of a Treated, Devitalized and Sterile Umbilical Cord Amniotic Membrane in the Treatment of Trapeziometacarpal Osteoarthritis

The objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether a human umbilical cord amniotic membrane allograft can serve as an interposition implant in the surgical treatment of trapeziometacarpal osteoarthritis. The main question this study aims to address is : \- Can interposition of a human umbilical cord amniotic membrane within the trapeziometacarpal joint reduces postoperative pain and improves thumb mobility, grip and pinch strength, and overall wrist function. Participant will: * Undergo surgical treatment of the trapeziometacarpal osteoarthritis with the interposition in articular joint of an amniotic membrane of umbilical cord allograft on Day 0 * Visit the center for a series of tests 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after the surgical intervention.

Treated Umbilical Vein Allograft (UVT) Versus Autologous Fascial Pubovaginal Sling in the Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether a treated umbilical vein allograft is effective in treating stress urinary incontinence in females. The researchers will compare the treated umbilical vein allograft with a sling made of autologous tissue. The main question the clinical trial aims to answer is: \- Is the treated umbilical vein allograft as effective as the sling made of autologous tissue for treating female stress urinary incontinence? Participants will: * Undergo surgical treatment with either the umbilical vein allograft or the sling made of autologous tissue on Day 0. * Visit the hospital for a series of tests at 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after the surgical intervention. * Record their bladder activity between each hospital visit.

Use of a Freeze-dried Amniotic Membrane Post Crosslinking in Subjects With Progressive Keratoconus

Crosslinking is a therapeutic technique used to increase the rigidity of the cornea in order to slow or stop progression of keratoconus. The main complication of the treatment of keratoconus by crosslinking is postoperative pain due to the removal of the corneal epithelium. Currently, the management of pain is done through the administration of artificial tears and paracetamol. The amniotic membrane is a biological tissue used in ophthalmology to treat injuries of the surface of the eye. It has healing and analgesic properties. The objective of this multicenter randomized study is to evaluate the benefit of placing an amniotic membrane on the eye post-crosslinking to reduce pain and promote corneal healing.
