Safety Evaluation of Prismocitrate 18 in Patients Receiving CRRT

Prismocitrate 18 is a continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) solution to be used as a renal replacement solution and as an anticoagulant to prevent blood clotting in the extracorporeal circuit. The delivery of CRRT therapy is provided by the PrisMax System which includes regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) software to facilitate citrate and calcium compensation prescription. The objectives of this study are: 1) to confirm the safety of Prismocitrate 18 in patients receiving CRRT using continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) or continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) and 2) to observe that the software and interface for the PrisMax System Version 3.x with calcium line accessory allows for implementation of regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) (citrate and calcium dosing) during CRRT with Prismocitrate 18 and intended prescription. The study period of the patient's CRRT will be up to 10 days.

A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Extracorporeal Carbon Dioxide Removal Using PrismaLung+

PrismaLung+ is a sterile, single-use medical device aimed at performing partial removal of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the patient's venous blood via diffusion through a membrane. The goal of this prospective, open label, randomized controlled study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of PrismaLung+ on extracorporeal carbon dioxide removal (ECCO2R) in critically ill patients under invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV). Patients will be randomized to receive either IMV combined with ECCO2R (using PrismaLung+) in the study group or IMV alone in the control group, at a ratio of 2:1.

Clinical Effectiveness and Resource Use in End-Stage Renal Disease Patients: Remote Patient Monitoring Across Dialysis Modalities

This is a multicenter, prospective, observational real-world study designed to evaluate clinical effectiveness, quality of life, and healthcare resource utilization in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) initiating dialysis therapy in China. Participants will be grouped according to the dialysis modality selected through routine clinical practice and shared decision-making with their treating physicians: remote patient monitoring-assisted automated peritoneal dialysis (RPM-APD), manual peritoneal dialysis (PD), or maintenance hemodialysis (HD). No study-specific interventions will be assigned. The study will compare outcomes across these cohorts, including quality of life, social reintegration, clinical outcomes (e.g., complications and survival), and healthcare resource utilization. Propensity score matching will be applied to adjust for baseline differences between cohorts.
