The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and tolerability of drug ZP6590 and to learn how the body processes the drug ZP6590 in adults. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is the drug ZP6590 safe and well tolerated when administered as escalating single and multiple doses of the ZP6590? * How quickly and to what extent the administered investigational drug is absorbed and distributed, and how long it takes to be eliminated from the body? In the first Part of the study: Participants will: • Get a single ascending dose of the drug ZP6590 or placebo and will have an observation period of 4 weeks. In the second Part of the study: Participants will: • Get multiple dosages of the drug ZP6590 or placebo for 6 or 12 weeks followed by an observation period of 6 weeks after last dosing.

The purpose of the present Phase 3 trial is to confirm the efficacy and safety of glepaglutide 10 mg twice weekly in a patient population with SBS-IF and generate additional long-term safety data. Glepaglutide is the International Nonproprietary Name and United States Adopted Name (USAN) for ZP1848.

The purpose of this trial is to investigate the effects of repeated administration of ZP9830 for 8 weeks in participants with plaque psoriasis. Here, the primary aim is to evaluate safety and tolerability of ZP9830, the secondary aims are to test clinical efficacy and pharmacokinetics, and lastly the exploratory aim is to test the pharmacodynamic effects of ZP9830 treatment.

This clinical research trial is testing the investigational medicinal product (IMP) petrelintide that is being developed for body weight reduction in people living with obesity or overweight who have comorbidities. The aim of this clinical research trial is to investigate whether the pharmacokinetics (PK) of petrelintide will be different in people with hepatic impairment (HI) compared to people with normal hepatic function.

The primary object in this research study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of ZP9830 in healthy study participants, and in addition, the study will investigate how ZP9830 works in the body (pharmacokinetics, PK and pharmacodynamics, PD) compared to placebo.
