OPTIMized Diagnosis and Treatment System Based on AI and Multimodal Imaging Fusion for PCI (OPTIMAI-PCI)

This study compares an AI-based imaging fusion guidance system with standard intravascular ultrasound-guided PCI in adults with complex coronary artery lesions. The system combines angiography and intravascular ultrasound to help physicians plan and optimize stent placement. The study will assess whether the system improves immediate post-procedure vessel function and stent optimization without increasing safety risks.

ET-SPACE Whole-Body Infrared Hyperthermia in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

This ambispective observational cohort study will evaluate biological changes, palliative outcomes, and safety associated with ET-SPACE whole-body infrared hyperthermia in patients with advanced solid tumors. This noninvasive treatment uses infrared energy to raise body temperature in a controlled manner. Patients who received the treatment between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2028, will be included. Earlier cases will be assessed retrospectively using medical records, while subsequently enrolled patients will be followed prospectively. Hyperthermia and all anticancer or supportive treatments will be provided according to routine clinical practice and will not be assigned by the study. The study will collect patient and tumor characteristics, laboratory findings, anticancer and supportive treatments, hyperthermia parameters, adverse events, and follow-up outcomes. It will assess changes in metabolism-related indicators, immune and inflammatory function, nutritional status, quality of life, cancer-related pain, functional status, symptom burden, and tumor-specific palliative scores. The study will also explore factors associated with more favorable outcomes and clarify the potential supportive and palliative role of whole-body infrared hyperthermia in patients with advanced solid tumors.

A Study of Silkworm Pupa Powder Intervention in the Nutritional Status of Patients With Alzheimer's Disease.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if silkworm pupa powder works to improve the nutritional status of Alzheimer's disease patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does silkworm pupa powder evaluate the effectiveness of silkworm pupae in improving sarcopenia, frailty and quality of life in AD patients? * Does silkworm pupa powder improve cognitive function in AD patients? Researchers will compare silkworm pupa powder to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if silkworm pupa powder works to improve the nutritional status of Alzheimer's disease patients. Participants will: * Take drug silkworm pupa powder or a placebo every day for 3 months. * Visit the clinic once every 4 weeks for checkups and tests. * Keep a diary of their daily consumption.

Biomarkers, Risk Assessment, Imaging, and Neurodegeneration in Cerebral Small Vessel Disease (BRAIN-CSVD)

The BRAIN-CSVD study is a single-center prospective cohort study focusing on cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD).Patients enrolled in this research will undergo assessments for vascular risk factors, cognitive and other neurological functions, neuroimaging, and biomarkers. The study aims to explore imaging and biomarker predictors of CSVD progression, and the pathophysiological mechanisms of CSVD.
