Secretome treatment for facial rejuvenation

This study is a clinical trial testing the safety and efficacy of volar fibroblast (skin cells from the palm or sole) injections for thickening the epidermal (skin) layer at the stump site in people with below the knee amputations. The study will enroll adults seen at Johns Hopkins.

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcomes of the biological enhancement of the arthroscopic rotator cuff repair with stem cells from the acromial bursa and PRP in individuals who undergo arthroscopic cuff repair The main question it aims to answer is: Do the stems cells from the acromial bursa and PRP promote healing and produce better results in arthroscopic cuff repair? Researchers will compare this population to three others the first do bnot receive any biological enchancement, the second receive only stem cells and the third receive only PRP to see if there are any differences.

The goal of this research study is to learn if feeding someone after a stem cell transplant is safe and practical.

Recently, mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) transplantation has emerged as a promising treatment for liver cirrhosis in adults. Additionally, bone marrow-derived stem cell transplantation has shown success in treating children with biliary atresia (BA). This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Umbilical Cord-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell (UC-MSC) therapy in BA through a multicentric randomized controlled trial.
