Effect of an Intraoperative Polynucleotide Injection on Scar Quality After Thyroidectomy

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether a single polynucleotide injection can improve scar quality after thyroid or parathyroid surgery in adults. It will also assess the safety of the injection. The main questions this study aims to answer are the following: Does a single polynucleotide injection improve scar quality 24 weeks after surgery? Does it improve scar appearance and symptoms such as pain, itching, hardness, or tightness? Are there any side effects or wound problems related to the injection? Researchers will compare PLINEST One PN-HPT, a solution containing polynucleotides, with sterile saline, which does not contain polynucleotides. After the surgical incision is closed, participants will receive one injection along the incision line. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either PLINEST One PN-HPT or saline. Scar healing and appearance will be checked after surgery. Formal scar assessments will be performed at 4, 12, and 24 weeks. Scar quality will be assessed using patient and researcher scar rating scales, scar measurements, photographs, symptoms, and participant satisfaction.

Comparison of the Effectiveness of Oral and Intratympanic Corticosteroid Treatments in Patients Diagnosed With Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn which one works to treat better in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss, oral or intratympanic corticosteroid treatment. The main question it aims to answer is: Which corticosteroid treatment is more effective in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss, oral or intratympanic? * In our study, it was planned to divide the treatment schemes compared into two groups. Group 1 included patients who received oral methylprednisolone treatment daily for 2 weeks (48 mg for the first 7 days, 32 mg for the following 2 days, 16 mg for the 2 days, and 8 mg for the last 3 days). Group 2 included patients who received intratympanic 8 mg/2 ml dexamethasone every other day, totally 4 doses. * Visit the clinic after diagnose in first week, second week, first month and second month for checkups and tests ( temporal MR, odimetric results)

Comparison of Video Based Phone App vs. Supervised Preoperative Exercise for ACL Reconstruction

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if using a phone app for exercises is as effective as working with a physical therapist before anterior cruciate ligament knee surgery. It will also check if exercising before surgery helps patients recover better compared to those who do not follow a specific exercise plan. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the phone app help patients improve their knee strength and movement as well as seeing a physical therapist? * Do patients who exercise before surgery have a better recovery after surgery than those who do not? Researchers will compare the phone app group to a physical therapist group and a group with no specific exercise plan to see which method works best. Participants will: * Follow an exercise plan for 4 weeks before their surgery (either using the app, with a therapist, or no specific plan). * Visit the clinic for check-ups before starting the exercises, right before the surgery, and 6 months after the surgery. * Complete simple tests and surveys to measure their knee health.
